I got very bad experience from TOP3. I took flat from them Ritaj residence area at DIP but they did not do proper maintenance of the flat after lot of request. They will never respond email or phone after they took money from you. Flat F211 door and bathroom are pasted with stickers which I informed from first day during taking flat. However, they deduct my deposit amount for same thing. It is worse experience to have flat from them. Be careful
