I had a very pleasant experience with Springfield. Wish I could give more that 5 starts on this review. My real estate agent was Ranusha. I was referred to her by a friend of mine. She spent almost 2 months looking for the right townhouse option for me. What set her apart from many agents I ve come across was that she put a lot of time and effort into getting to know exactly what type of house her client is looking for. Afterwards she arraigned countless viewings at many different locations that she thought would fit my requirements and accompanied me and gave me a lot of advice along the way. She was never pushing me to go for a place that I wasn t 100% happy with and she didn t give up until she found exactly what I was looking for. Agents of that calibre are very hard to come by in this day and age. Towards the end of our journey we found a community that fit all my requirements. It was an off plan community that was in very high demand. Thanks to the great resilience shown by Ranusha and a lot of support from Springfield I managed to secure a unit that met all my requirements. As a first time buyer in Dubai I was quite overwhelmed until I came across Ranusha and Springfield. I m so happy with their service and agents. They are all super helpful. I dealt with the agent Jahanzeb Aslam Zebi after being in contact with more than 10 other agents. His professionalism speaks for itself, and he went above and beyond to assist us getting the ideal rental for our family and within budget. He still further took time to explain us everything and was ever ready to answer questions and provide clarity. He availed himself outside of business hours to assist us even if he had to meet with us in person. He still continued to assist/guide us after we had moved in to the unit to ensure we were comfortable. We are truly impressed with the service received, of which we did not expect from speaking to other agents.
