Update: The good experience ends upon purchase. After that, they become so busy to the point of ignoring their recent clients. Last September we met Vidhi while searching for a 3 bedroom apartment in Motor City. We would never had imagined that we would end up buying a huge townhouse in the same community as well as renting our existing apartment with Raine & Horne. When it came time to rent out my previous property, Vidhi and the team provided exceptional service in finding suitable tenants, managing the lease agreement, and handling all the administrative tasks. They understood my requirements very well and tailored the search process based on that. They were very open and accommodative in what I was looking for. An absolute nightmare, horrible attitudes and unprofessional real estate agent, Vidhi. Before the deal was closed, Vidhi said good reviews were expected of her as everybody knew her in the community so she only had great reviews. Sadly, my real estate experience with Vidhi was by far the worst Ive ever experienced. The whole experience was complete disastrous mainly due to her self-absorbed attitudes, love to talk over others, poor communications and blame others when she couldnt deliver on things she said she would resolve and deliver. There were some glitches/issues that she was expected to resolve for her clients (well, only at the beginning). I expected her to deliver on a timely manner as I had time constraint due to a long business trips coming up. However, a day or two later she told me to resolve it myself with really bad attitude and her voice-raised although she specifically said that was the agents job to resolve timely to support the clientss journey, as if to show this deal was not big enough for her to spend time on. I had expressed my disappointments when she didnt take ownership of her responsibility in one particular instance. She responded that she didnt care that I was disappointed, which was highly unprofessional! She then quietly left a group chat that she created on Whatsapp without a basic courtesy to inform me in the group that she was exiting the chat to allow the business administrator to take over and follow-up, which would have been a professional and polite things to do. I was unhappy and shocked because I faced many obstacles and challenges the entire process due to her unprofessionalism and poor communication. She has shown me that all she cared about was receiving fast commissions (which in fact she did receive a very fast cheque from me) with zero interest in her clients experiences. In addition, finally on the very morning of my move-in date, my mover called Vidhi to follow-up on the move-in permit. Vidhi shouted at my mover that the tenant (me), not the agent, should have been the one to register for the move-in permit from the building management. Yup, there was NO move-in permit approved on the morning of my move-in date! Needless to say, it had been stressful enough dealing with her the entire journey and now finally on the day of my move there was no move-in permit approved! My mover had to deal with her difficult attitudes and had to listen to all the irrelevant matters from her on the phone. She apparently pointed the fingers at me when, in fact, I wasnt informed by her that the tenant had to register the move-in permit, not the agent. Again, it was her job to communicate such important matter and explain all the necessary procedures at an early stage, not on my move-in day! What I experienced was totally unacceptable. In short, if you want your real estate journey to be a good one with a professional agent, avoid Vidhi as your realtor (or Raine and Horne all together since the company allows such sloppy deliverables). This whole journey was a joke.

Prior to this i had a realestate agent who did not get 1 customer for viewing in 4years, and every time he would revert to me to reduce the price. There were no dramas with Vidhi. It was a fixed price, appointment with buyer and sale done. I have made a big mistake booking an Apartment for five days... Problems started directly at the check in since they did not manage to send my passport to the reception deska (which was obligatory to Enter the room) so we were sitting there and waiting for RH to do something. The Apartment by itself would be nice if taken care of or managed properly. There is mould in the celling!!!! This should be reported to sanitary state departament! the The tv was broken from day one, I reported it immediatly. There were thick layers of dust every where. And the balcony... . Just see the pictures how dirty it was... The lady Shine said they would fix it the next day but that never happend. Actually everyday they promissed to fix or clean sth but it never happend.. After the last situation we had enough... When confronting lady Shine she started to lie and accused us of some sort of problems not even related to our appartment, she was confused several customers problems confirming that they do not know whats going on and no taking care at all about their Appartments. . I have been coming to Dubai for many years and have never been treated like that.. See the pictures- they Speak for themselves.. We were forced to call tourism Police since there was no contact from this rude lady. They did not comment on the pictures, they did not appologize. We moved out 2 days before the expected check out date. Definetly amateurs, rude ones.. Please avoid this company.!!
