I would warn anyone thinking of renting with this company NOT to, due to their lack of care & response. I rented out a studio with them & left it in perfect condition, they have still not given me my security deposit back. It has been over 2 months since I left, they do not respond to my emails/whats app/calls. They will try & take your money from you & keep it for themselves, as they make it so difficult to get hold of. Would not give them any stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM.

Don t trust this company. I wanted to see the particular studio, but the agent didn t tell me that it is already rented and sent me to the other one and probably was hoping that I would not understand that the layout is different. Wasted my time. And after all haven t even apologized.

The agent was unprofessional. We couldnt view the apartment even he organized to show the unit at 6.30pm. He hadnt contacted and arranged with the resident before confirmed with us. He wasted our time and blame us for not reminding him the appointment. The worst experience ever.

Unprofessional company, I booked an appointment to view an apartment and the agent didnt bother to show up and kept pushing back the meeting time with lame excuses His supervisor is not any better as well, when I called and texted to escalate the matter he never bothered answering
