I had an exceptional experience with outlook properties. A friend recommended me outlook properties and the service of Khaled Choksy to find my perfect stay in Dubai. Khaled Choksy helped me to find the perfect apartment for my stay, he fulfilled all my wishes that came up and he met all my expectations. He found me an apartment inbetween 24hours. I had an spontaneous trip to Dubai and he assisted me with all aspects, from payments to the checkout process. he was always helpful, available at any time, whenever i needed something I received immediately an answer back and made the whole experience for me stress-free. I highly recommend him as an agent, I was impressed of his honestly, service and help, which is really hard to find in the real estate industry in dubai and will definitely turn to him back for future projects. Thanks to his help, I am truly grateful for his outstanding service!

A fantastic experience from enquiry to handover with Outlook properties. Every member of the team I was supported by were professional, communicative and went out of their way time and again to get things done. [SOLVED] When I got an apartment year ago it was in very poor condition, no cleaning was done, I found a cockroach there (and they told me it s fine), a lot of stuff was broken, and they were fixing it for 1-2 months while giving me nothing but promises. Access cards for parking and gym were given to me after one month of my request. So clearly they have no interest in you after they got their comission. Right now they re trying to make me pay for stuff that was already broken without any proof that it wasn t like that before, and trying to make me pay for wall repaint even when we don t have anything in our contract about wall painting (I have it in my new contract for example). I even found one photo from year ago of damaged stuff and sent it to them, but they still put it in a bill as something that was damaged by me. So basically they re trying to charge for things that were already broken/damaged. More than that, it s been 16 days after I moved out, and I didn t get my security deposit back. Update: Hamisa reacted to my problem and solved it within 1 hour. Same way as she did with move in problems, so I got my security deposit back and didn t overpay. Thanks to her

Khalid at Outlook Properties provided a superb service whilst renting and afterwards selling my property in Knightsbridge Court, JVC, Dubai. Khalid was always available to seek out tenants for my property and ensured I had a tenant during 5 years of renting my property in KBC, When I decided to sell my apartment in KBC, Khalid sought out a client and ensured sale went through without any problems. Having tried to sell my property through another real estate agent in Dubai which turned out to be a complete disaster, Khalid stepped in and found a client for the sale and was there to facilitate sale within the time scale set and was available during the sale every step of the way. Ive rented a 2 BHK in the Knightsbridge Court, JVC and was handed over with many issues unresolved. When I tried calling after the agreement and Ejari were done, they (our assigned point of contact) stopped answering my calls. My feedback on Google helped get the necessary management attention and the issues were resolved (while there are some minor ones pending)! BE CAUTIOUS AND CHECK YOUR APARTMENT THOROUGHLY before taking the handover/ paying up money.
