It was an absolute pleasant stay at Farhad Azizi a well furnished studio with professional service from Key one realty. Shane and Parminder had given their best support in terms of smooth check in and check outs as well as deposit refunds on time. Would really recommend their hospitality to all.Thank you KeyOne team, see you next season. Only issue which i faced was with the Building security team in terms of parking as i never been able to park on the allocated parking lot for me throught out the stay. Security kept saying to look for any available space which we need to roam around the full parking levels and find out ourselves which was a hectic task from day one....!

I used this real estate company to find an apartment in August and they really surprised me with flexibility that they had over the contract negotiation, everything what I asked was amended. Although all the issues that were with the apartment are fixed, so I am quite satisfied. My agent was Ali and after handover I ve been in contact with Merracquel to resolve all the issues. Both of them are professional and since 2018 it s honestly the first time when I am satisfied with the real estate company. Hopefully the same opinion I will have about the company when I leave the UAE and handover the apartment

Pathetic service. I rented a fully furnished house and after receiving the key all I dealt with broken bed, shoe rack, deep cleaning not proper, fungal mattress. After paying all the cheques on their asked time, this is the service I receive. And when you ask for solution, all they have it cannot be done we have done enough from our side. I would not recommend anyone to trust their sugar coated words and services. In the end you will only receive disappointment.

Facilities are always clean, maintenance personnel is always available and any time assistance is required a prompt reply is provided. Also would like to thank you for the nice Christmas decorations at the lobby, it means a lot to us who celebrate such an important event. And finally thanks for the renewal of our lease. As stated since the first time we would like to stay here for at least 5 years. Only one thing I would like to point out and make a suggestion. Is the use of the visitors parking. They are there, and available. Our visitors should be able to use them. Perhaps a maximum period of 6 hours should be allowed, in coordination with the tenant receiving the visitors. So a procedure could be implemented to have access to it and have a good use of the visitors parking. One last thing, also related to the parking. Sometimes I see tenants (or visitors) accessing from the way out. The barrier comes off. And eventually I also see cars parked in the driveway, rather than at a parking space. Their Sales team showed good and positive attitude when approached for enquiry regarding one of their building . Mr.Saleem from Keyone was the sales in charge and was a very kind hearted person and always supportive with quick responses and feedback . So my 2 Stars is For Mr.Saleem Post signing the rental agreement, They issued a parking which was not suitable for my SUV since it was a dedicated parking for compact cars only and lacked height clearance . Since there were many parking which was not used and could be switched , I requested a change in parking but the Property manager asked me to pay for changing the parking . I believe a proper parking is meant to be provided to every client with the approved height clearance . I hope the attitude towards the tenants get positive over the year and I can change this into a positive review someday .

I would give zero if I could. I have lived in an apartment managed by Key One for almost four years and any time I have had to deal with them it has been so difficult. I was given notice to move out of the apartment via a notary pinned to my door in April, no one contacted me despite living here for years and when I enquired what it was about I was told I have to moved out at the end of my tenancy in December. Once I look into it further, I found out RERA rules require a landlord to provide 12-months notice, so the agency had lied to me in the hope of me not looking into it. I always pay my rent via bank transfer but I m now told if I want to transfer it, I have to pay an additional 250AED to get my post-dated cheque back because apparently the bank has it already. I m not aware of banks holding post-dated cheques so again, this appears to be a lie. However, they will state it s in my tenancy agreement and once again be a complete pain in my backside. When I moved in, the landlord hadn t paid the service charges and so the building wouldn t allow me to move in. Was I offered any apology from the agency of help No. But of course I have to pay 250AED to get my own cheque back. When you deal with them, you genuinely feel as though they loathe you, as opposed to you are a good tenant who pays rent in time, never causes issues, etc. and they are being paid to manage the property as well as pointless renewal fees and commission. I would not recommend them to a homeless person if they were offering free accommodation. They deal with tenants with utter contempt and it s so stressful and upsetting.

They dont reply to emails, I have sent them many emails, more than 50 emails and nothing has been done, zero support, they just want the money and once they take it you have to deal with everything else alone. I have a complaint to Dubai Land about them. Honestly, no one should deal with them and Hopefully Dubai Land will shut them down. and since I cant reply to the owners feedback, I would like to explain that my issue was not the extra cost of breaking the lease!! there was water leakage in the apartment above me but the water leakage damaged inside my apartment and when I called they told me we can do anything since the apartment was for another owner !!!! I explained to them that the water leakage is damaging my apartment because the water started dripping through the ceiling but no one did anything, and I had to call Damac and the police to sort out my issue. WHERE IS THE SUPPORT IN THIS SITUATION? and I have many examples but I dont have enough space to write them all. not professional at all with attitude.

If I could give 0 star I would. Did all the required things to do for move out in DEC Towers. Fixed everything that was supposed to be fixed, paid maintenance 1200aed just to make sure I leave the house flawless so as to get my 2000 deposit back, but then when I was about to go ahead and asked to take my deposit I was told I didnt pay 1 month from my previous contract. I renewed for a year more and paid all the pending balance from the previous year, however I was told that I am lacking 1 month in their accounts from the 1st contract. Sent them screenshots of my bank statement, gave them all the proof thats suppose to suffice and still not enough. I was so busy and didnt feel well the time I was invited to visit their office so just decided to pay as I didnt wanna waste more time for a company whos not worthy to be trusted. NEVER AGAIN WILL DEAL WITH KEYONE. Money will come back, but trust will never be granted again.

Would rate 0 stars or minus if i could. Terrible service. Was dealing with Tanvir. We had basically agreed on a price and a move in date, only to be told that they had rented it out to somebody else without informing us...on the day we were moving out of our place. Also, after realising we are in need of a place as soon as possible - all these little fees started creeping in, which we questioned but agreed on the basis we just wanted to get it over the line. Will be lodging a personal complaint to the company as do not want this happening to other people, especially expats who are relocating over here. Lets see what the response is and will update.

Ive been dealing with Key One Properties for few times, both for short and long term, while renting appartments for my family and friends stays. The staff is helpfull and very professional. Bonus - some of them is Russian speaking, so it was much more convenient for me. We didnt have any problems with checking-in/out, deposits or anything else - everything was 5-stars standart.

I have been getting my properties managed by Key One Properties for over 2 years now, my experience with them has been splendid. My properties are managed by Alena Myslaeva . I have to say that i am super impressed with her management skills. With her in charge of my properties i am at ease and do not have to worry about dealing with the tenants at all. She is highly professional and efficient. If anyone is looking to get their properties managed they should definitely get them managed by Alena Myslaeva at Key One Properties.

Never deal with these people. One of my fellow had taken a furnished apartment from them and they have taken deposit which meant to b returned at the time of emptying the apartment but these guys makesure tht u wont get a single dhs back in your pocket.

Would rate them less than 1 if had that option. Avoid them if you can. Not an agency to deal with as per my experience. Had the worst experience dealing with each one there. Regret to use them. No contractual support during the stay. You would be lucky to get your deposit back when you leave.
