They did things so well and so quickly its a complete breath of fresh air! Yalda was my agent and she went far and beyond for me, Im new to Dubai and didnt understand the housing here at all but she guided me through the whole process and was always available to help when I messed up or forgot anything! 10/10 company, if you need a place to live please speak to Yalda Massoudi, you will be very well looked after!

I have sold my property in Dubai in a timely manner. Thanks to the amazing Real Estate Broker Yalda Massoudi from Homeland Reality Real Estate who made the whole process from A-Z very smooth, simple and achieved the price I was looking for. Yalda acted very professionally from day one, marketed the unit in the best possible way and shared it with her wide network of investors and end users (in Dubai and overseas). Yalda has almost 2 decade of Real Estate experience in Dubai which really made huge difference in achieving the best price possible. She made sure to visit the unit before the marketing started to ensure everything is presentable and advised me on doing small decorative things and other simple steps which added high value to the price. Yalda valuation of the unit was very accurate and all her clients who viewed the unit were serious buyers genuinely interested and they put close to asking price offers. Eventually Yalda secured a cash buyer who viewed the unit and offered me almost asking price offer on the same day. With Yalda s commitment to her clients and her hard work, It took less than 10 days from the day we accepted the offer to the day I received the fund in my bank account and all this done remotely without leaving my home in the UK (Yalda even helped me and arranged for the POA). In summary, I highly recommend Yalda Massoudi for anyone want to sell, buy or do any real estate business in Dubai.
