I had an appointment scheduled at 5 p.m. on the 17th of September with one of their agents, named Qraish. D, and it was the worst encounter I ve ever had in dealing with any business. The agent set the meeting at Damac Prive. I arrived 6 minutes late, and he reassured me he would only be a few minutes late too. No problem at all so far, it happens. 20 minutes after the appointment, he messages me saying he s actually 1.2 km away at Clover Bay! should be there in 10 minutes. Still, I was patient and waited. This agent kept stringing me along for 70 minutes that s more than an hour of my time, gone, wasted, as he continued to send messages, telling me to just wait. Then, after all that, he finally had the nerve to say he couldn t make it! Unbelievable. This level of incompetence and disrespect is beyond anything I ve experienced. I have the entire chat as proof of this ridiculous, unprofessional behavior, and I will make sure to share it widely. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT do business with this company. They don t respect your time, and they clearly don t care about their clients. Absolutely disgraceful! unfortunately there is no zero stars!!

Just rented an apartment through Hamra properties. Although the process wasnt simple, this was in no way reflective of our agent Ali Hassan, who went above and beyond in not only finding the right unit for us, but proceeding to guide us through the process and navigating the challenges we faced Had it not been for Ali, we would have continued to struggle to find the right apartment and dealing with agents who are only after the deal. Ali is a credit to himself and Hamra properties Thanks again Ali Following completion, Ali has touched base with us already ensuring the apartment is as expected. I didnt expect this follow up so soon, if at all.

I moved to Dubai recently from the UK. I contacted an Agent name Ali to view a property in Damac Distinction downtown Dubai. From the initial viewing right till the end of the handover Ali has been fantastic and went above and beyond to help me get the paperwork and formalities done in a timely manner. When it came to staying in touch and getting hold of him when there was a query Ali was right there to answer any questions. Would highly recommend using him to secure a property especially if you have just moved and waiting to get all your documents sorted and I am sure on my next move I will be using him again.
