Very bad experience. The company cancelled my reservation without contacting me, claiming that Talley couldn t charge my credit card. They also claimed they tried to contact me. Both are lies. Only while I was on the phone with them, making the complaint, they quickly sent me WhatsApp text to produce the evidence that they tried to contact me. Thai was 10h after cancellation of my reservation. I do not recommend this company. Seems corrupted.

We have unfortunately wasted a considerable amount of time with other real estate companies in Dubai and found them to be too pushy in the direction that we frankly didn t want to go down. We reached out to Ali and Ahmed as we saw some of their promotional videos on social media and haven t looked back since. They are the best duo we have had the pleasure of working with in our industry and cannot thank them enough for their efforts. From taking the time to understand us as people and what we were really looking for in Dubai to keeping us in the loop with there efforts chasing developers and bending the rules where possible to fit our needs. They are not your typical pushy salesman and definitely take the quality over quantity approach. They have become friends of ours and we are now looking forward to future endeavours with them both and see a very for-filling future for everyone involved. I can t speak for every realtor at fäm but if they re anything like Ali Atwi and Ahmed Rashid then this is your place to go. Very poor service. The agent, Muhammad Rafiq, is extremely unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. My friend is moving to Dubai next month and asked me to help with a property viewing. His attitude was terrible. He lied about the villa number, which, according to security, was not available for viewing. After I passed the gate, he redirected me to another villa without explanation. When I asked for clarification, he became resentful and very disrespectful, eventually canceling the viewing.
