Monty at Espace helped us to sell our property and then also helped to buy the next place! Our house sold incredibly quickly with great service from Monty and the team, they walked us through each step of the process. When it came to purchasing the next house it was a far more complex operation and Monty was superb...we were very close to giving up on several occasions or losing the property we wanted after things got complex. We worked with Monty from Espace as our agent when selling our property in Saheel and purchasing our new home in The Meadows and found him to be exceptional throughout both processes. Monty was highly knowledgeable, patient, and very proactive from day one communication was always prompt and transparent and his approach was a balance of professional yet personable. I recently bought a home via Espace. Jake was my agent, and he was great, finding us an off market home that was exactly what my family wanted. We had a great experience buying a villa in Dubai through ESPACE. Jake was our relator and got days worth of listings lined up for me and drove me to all the homes to view. Natasha was our mortgage advisor and she worked day and night (and even on vacation) to get keep the process going smoothly and quickly. It was our first experience buying any property anywhere and it was made very easy. Mark Coady was pro-active, great and very patient with us as I think we viewed around 30 properties together. We looked at many different areas and property types. Off all the agents we had met during the process from other places - he was the only one who would follow up with us and get feedback and really try to find us other options or similar options. We didnt find anything that we fell in love with until Mark threw us a bit of a curveball in an area we hadnt thought about but that he thought we would like, having overheard a colleague talking about a new listing, he got us in there that night to view, and it turned out that it was the one for us and now we have a beautiful home. He sorted out the negotiation by the next day and then we had all the paper work signed a day later. Also thanks to Molly who was great with arranging the mortgage and making it all simple and to Lydia for all the finalising and transactional part of the the process which has been smooth. We had an unfortunate incident where we had to travel and wouldnt be there for the transfer and Lydia was able to sort out all the necessary paper work and approval for a POA in a day or two. All around an excellent team, with great communication and made the whole process feel pretty effortless.
