We had a great stay at the villa by Elite Lux Holiday Homes. Villa in palm jumeirah overlooking the beach water was absolutely superb, couldnt find any faults at all. Really friendly staff throughout the hotel but special shout out to Kris, always smiling, professional and happy, a real credit to the team.

Elite LUX are truly amazing - very responsive support team, great selection of apartments, and a very human-centric approach. Their properties are spotless too. We ve tried three other big agencies in Dubai over last two years, but Elite truly exceeded expectations - we are now renting two apartments through them for winter, and cannot be happier. I would highly recommend Elite Lux Holiday Homes to anyone visiting Dubai - for both short and extended stays.

Urg this place was a best pick. From comfort, to area, to detail to attention when it come to the interior design of the apartment. The staff at Elite LUX we exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and it didnt matter the time. They were communicative and responsive and made my stay super comfortable. And accommodated my requirements even right to the last minute before I left. I would always recommend them and this apartment. Did I mention the apartment is a stunner with gorgeous views. Oof... it was hard leaving, Ill say that.

I rented out a two bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. never have I had such a great experience dealing with an agency who were very responsive and supported me in my requests. The aparment itself was very well maintained, very clean and located directly next to the metro which was a big plus. The best of all is that all their check-in process is hassle free and all important instructions provided in time. I will definitely be booking again.

Even one star is too much for them 1st they lied about their location and after they make sure they received all their money You will receive completely different location very far in a middle of nowhere Then the reality 100% no like the pictures Services 0 Customer support once you complain about anything they will ignore your calls forever After I spoke with one of the management his name is amin and he said don t worry we can fix everything when you arrive just give me a call or text ( 4 days continuously I m trying to reach him by calling or texting looks like he s busy or blocking me as he didn t receive single call from me) Water heater not working Door lock and window lock not working No room service No maintenance at all unless you begging for help Their even customer service is unprofessional and rude I don t recommend it for anybody else, unless you want to ruin your vacation and life

My husband and I stayed in one of their properties which was brand new, I think we were the first to stay there. It was beautifully furnsihed, a mix of luxurious with a resort style as the community itself felt as if we were in a resort. We had direct access to the pool and gym by just exiting out from the balcony which was a major plus, and we aslo had access to a games room that had a pool table, ping pong table, darts and foosball, filled with entertaining games. The company representative that took care of us during our stay was always responsive and helped us around Dubai. We had some additional requests that they were more than happy to help and accommodate with. We will definitely be coming back again.

Overall I would say, spacious property, will good amenities, helpful and quick acting property managers but overall not the standard it should be to start with. I stayed in one the properties in Dania building at the beginning of August. The apartment was filthy, the kitchen hadn t been cleaned thoroughly in such a long time that layers upon layers of grease had formed. There was grime and hair stuck to the walls in the corridor. I requested deep cleaning which the property manager accepted to complete, as well as fixing a broken air con unit. It seems there is a lot of negligence to making sure a property is ready for new occupants. They were very quick to resolve the issue and very nice and friendly guys who seemed shocked at the state of the property and were very keen to resolve and offering a partial refund which I was satisfied with. There is only 1 parking spot regardless of what communication had been had before and security will knock on your door until 10pm at night to move your car which is not good. The property manager only has interest communicating with the person who makes the transfer, so it s hard to tell where the miscommunication regarding the parking spot happened. Wouldn t stay in one of these again for the stress of having to deal with stuff that I wasn t intending to. Whether that be waiting for the place to be clean or waiting for plates that are ceramic not plastic and lack of communication with the property manager.

Went to Dubai for the first time and was a bit apprehensive bc I chose to stay alone in an Airbnb. I had the best experience ever and will be back. The photo matched the apartment. The faculties were great. Gym was state of the art. The best part was the host Amine. Always quick to answer and respond. Went beyond the call of service and helped me figure things out. Provided me with docs way in advance of my stay. Just very organized and accommodating. I recommend this company. This apt. This host. I will be back in Dubai no doubt.
