I have bought two units in JVT in 2022 through Driven and Yulduz was amazing throughout. She helped me sell one in 2023 and I just sold my other unit last week and she was great as usual with her follow up and making sure the team at Driven is on top of things thanks to Dorsa for the coordination and the finalization of the paperwork. Poor response to emails.. I have sent multiple reminders (6 reminders) for my attested tenancy contract copy .. yet to hear from the team.. none of the 5 employees marked in the mails have replied.. very poor acknowledgement to customer requests.. only quick responses when need to renew the contract to collect the payments.. after payment is done they have disappeared in thin air.. would not recommend them to anyone..

Beware! Dont fall into their trap lest you will lose your money and peace of mind. Theyll woo you in with charm and promises, then leave you scrambling. I purchased a rented property through them and was never provided the rental agreement. I raised this to their Head of Operations and he kept on pushing me down saying that Ejari is there. But the terms and conditions embedded with property are only contained in the tenancy agreement which was promised several times but never provided. Surprisingly the seller and the tenant both claims to have lost the tenancy agreement. So that means you are buying the property without even knowing the terms and conditions of the rental agreement it is currently occupied. Their top-notch customer service team! Theyll expertly dodge your questions with a dazzling display of lies and empty commitments.

Just thought I would share my experience of Driven Properties. I recently rented a property and this company was the agent . I asked for a viewing and was told a certain time on a certain date the agent (Muhammad Khalil) would meet me at the property, he didnt turn up and said the tenant will show you round as he has an emergency. I then wanted a second viewing so again arranged another day & time, the agent was nearly an hour late, which prevented us seeing certain parts of the property (children asleep). We finally agreed to take the property and forms were draw up, but all they wanted was for me to pay the commission, I eventually paid the commission when I thought the agents work was finished. A lot of money for very little work in my opinion, I would not recommend these guys at all.

I dont often post reviews but Driven properties, in my own personal experience, have been very supportive, professional, and efficient. I have had awful experiences with letting agents in the past and I had really lost hope until Ragitha took over my property. Its the longest I have been with one agent and I have no regrets. As I dont live in india, many issues have arisen with the flat and tenants have sorted things out very promptly. Communication has always been good and more recently, she has been so incredibly helpful..
