I had a highly disappointing experience with Ahmed Al Atrash, an agent associated with D&B properties, During our interaction, he spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, displaying behavior that was unprofessional and unacceptable. His attitude left a negative impression, and I do not recommend engaging with him for any real estate matters. Unfortunately, this interaction diminished my trust in the service provided. So I do not recommend engaging with Ahmed Al Atrash, and i do not recommend working with a real estate agency that employs individuals who display such unprofessionalism. My experience has left me questioning the agency s standards and the quality of their service.

Much like Mike below I was also on the receiving end of an unsolicited contact. I have had zero dealing with this company and despite telling the agent I was not interested he insisted on Whatsapping me 2 hours after his initial phone call. My details being on their database is wholly unethical. In Reply: Your agent sent a video of him removing my details from your database (at the second time of asking I stress). The point here being 1 - my details should not have been on your system in the first place (unethical) and 2 - the agent approached me a second time AFTER I told him I was not interested. Either way I have reported this to the DLD but worry not as youre in good company with the other agencies that I report for cold calling. Kudos to the Dubai authorities for providing a platform that should see an end to this practice of agents just blanket calling all and sundry without solicitation. They call randomly without my consent invading my personal data and they apparently got this data from their team which is basically illegal and unethical to collect such information and they obviously dont disclose the source of this data. I really cherished my experience with D&B while selling my apartment. From the very first contact to receiving the sale cheque, both Osama and Suhail were extremely professional and courteous. They put their extensive knowledge in Dubai Real Estate market and its various ins and outs at my disposal. Osama helped me selecting a suitable price for the apartment, listed the apartment in various premium sites, and managed to find a buyer in 48 hours. Strongly Dont suggest D &B to manage your property for holiday homes, my experience with them is more than very bad. They will promise you that the expected profits will be certain number but the actual income is less than half, they will accept bookings with very low rates compared to the market prices for the same location and same period of time, they will deduct 20% automatically from the income plus extra charges you will not know about it. Its not only my experience but for 3 of my friends as well. We finished the contract with them after 4 months because the income was very funny, also it was a water leak in my apparent but no one told me also no action have been taken from them, they shifted the guest to another unit only and kept my appointment closed, I got to know about water leak from security staff. Again I dont recommend any owner to have contact with them.

Incompetent, unacceptable service, they have rented me an apartment with broken cooker and extractor, without gas, one month that I cant cook, they came to fix also the shower screen and they broke it!! and they dont fix anything!! and the worst thing is that they dont answer the calls, the emails, the web for inquiries doesnt work!! I can understand that they dont want to know about complaints.... DEFINITELY DONT RENT/BUY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY

I still suffer from PTSD from my experience with those guys more than a year ago when I first moved to Dubai. I rented through them an apartment that turned out to be the most noisy apartment in Dubai with chillers area right in front of it. I did not know those existed when I signed because the area leading to the balcony was blocked with the landlords furniture when I checked the apartment. I told them right away I cannot tolerate living there and asked for their help to settle matters with the landlord and at least pay 1 month of penalty instead of two on my first day of move in. But they only cared about the landlord and offered zero help. They even told the landlord to prorate the days starting from my move in date in addition to the 2 months penalty because I did not send an official email. They had zero clue about how ejari is done, needed documents, never advised me to send that email which cost me 1 week, did not know the laws of breaking a contract... etc the list goes on. And I felt helpless as the law would not support my case. It was like a hit and run kind of thing. They dont care about you if you are a normal person renting a normal apartment. They care about bigger deals and landlords. They have 5 stars because they ask every person to review their amazing work.

Horrible agents , they don t answer messages, demanding to sign the contract in order to give information on property, very rude and unprofessional. Even contacting management didn t help me simply to find out the floor of the unit !!!!! Agent suggested to put an offer first , as on her opinion a few floors won t make big difference !!!
