Excellent experience with Dacha overall and especially with Logan Coppins as the agent that supported my home purchase. Logan was not only professional at all times but also an advisor, in which I fully trust. It s not easy to navigate the Dubai real estate scene and its many self-serving-only agents. Frederico of Dacha Real Estate provided the perfect Real Estate Brokerage for our tenancy requirements. He was available at 11pm on a Saturday night to take my enquiry and even went further to send unit options that were available in the areas I wanted. All units were as advertised which isnt routine with agents here. Frederico delivered by showing us the larger units that other agents claimed didnt exist. Sunday afternoon we were shown no less than 6 new large units in one area and a seventh even larger unit 15km away that I immediately placed an offer which was accepted that day. Negotiating the contract was made easier with Fredericos experience and the process was very fair. Frederico went out of his way an additional time during the catastrophic rains the City experienced and on the 20th April with major roads still flooded, Frederico went out of his schedule to guide us navigating away from the many flooded roads and closed highways that caused hours of tailbacks. He personally drove out of his way to guide me through the back roads of the new airport to avoid the road closures and save me from being stuck in standing traffic for 2 hours by following a route he knew with me following. Frederico is a credit to Dacha Real Estate and undoubtedly they are fortunate to have agents who go above and beyond for clients and exceed expectations in every sense. Thank you once again.
