Mohamad was extremely helpful in finding a new property for us to rent. He was always available for any questions we had and replied promptly at all hours of the day. His professionalism is of a high standard and his knowledge of the real estate market is thorough. From personal experience, this kind of service is extremely hard to find here in Dubai.

Noha is one of the great agents that we worked with her while renting out the apartment. She helped successfully in negotiating the best deal for both the landlord and ourself . She is patient professional keeps notes of all the deatils needed to make sure we go through the property comments and the contracts terms that might sometimes landlord want exceptional but put in place to be protected for both parties . This was our first experience of renting an apartment in Dubai. Everything went quite quickly and professionally. Special thanks to our manager Muhammad Asfand - he explained everything in great detail and gave us enough time to study the contract (outside of his working hours) when meeting in the office. Worst experience ever! Non professional team and management, they keep following you till they have your money, after that no one will ever respond. They are masters in lying and making fake and misleading stories. My advice to all Dubai clients is not approach them or even think to deal with them, because you will regret it later.

Worst agency ever, after they receive their money they dont care about the customer... they managed to hide previous maintenance issues in the apartment and after we moved in, they are saying it is not their problem, they dont consider health and safety of their tenants, I dont recommend this agency and its team at all
