One of the direct victims of the economic maleficence of the past decade has been the quality of customer service. This is felt in every facet of life, whether it is a brief transactional encounter with an ad-hoc service provider or an on-going sustained engagement such as immigration consultancy. In this backdrop when I come across a rare exception of exemplary service, it is incumbent upon me to not only appreciate it, but also to share my experience with the wider world, in the hope that other members of the society too can be benefited from this knowledge. My initial immigration consultation encounter with Mr. Firas Hussaini was akin to drinking from a fire horse, as the pertinent knowledge and tailor made advise was available in abundance yet the challenge for me was to absorb as much as I could. Firas is an absolute wealth of information and has the clearest understanding of the regulatory and legal framework encompassing the immigration process. I never felt the need for a subsequent consultation or a second opinion. Subsequent to our initial consultation I was provided with a clear list of documentary evidence required for filing the application and Firas and his team meticulously followed up until the correct documents were furnished. Firas and his team was detailed and methodical in their filing, ensuring the complete accuracy and the sufficiency of the information provided to the immigration authorities in order for them to make an informed decision on my application. It was an absolute pleasure working with Firas as he ensured that I was provided with the required guidance and support until a successful outcome was achieved. Firas and his team are highly recommended.

Samuel was very knowledgeable on the building and units that we looked at which really helped as this is our first time renting since moving over to Dubai. With realtor like Fergus you guys are far away from making anyones experience in buying or selling seamless. No customer would want to deal with a realtor who only talks or replies in context. Atleast basic ethics of greeting someone is a good trait of marketing or selling which certainly Fergus lacks.

The worst experience for short term rent in Dubai for our company in last 11 years! Got huge experience with many others but definitely will not rent from here anymore! Now we are struggling to get back our deposit and agent totally ignore us. Altitude mentioned that they are in touch with us - but it s not true! We are ignored totally by agent. During our stay for 3 months with full payment in advance with cleaning services included-we have to beg them to send us cleaning team even if cleaning services already was scheduled - cleaners didn t show up. During check in apartment wasn t ready and access cards wasn t available. We have to come and help cleaners to prepare the apartment for check in and apartment was ready only after 6 hours of mentioned check in time! After plenty of emails sent to Altitude agent we still didn t get our security deposit which supposed to be refunded during check out time.
