This hotel s customer service is horrible, We wanted a relaxing experience at this hotel. We reached there approximately at 2:30 and when we reached they made us wait an hour. Thats fine, we waited. When we got the keys to our room. We were surprised of how disgusting the room was, hair everywhere, cigarettes everywhere and a weird scent. Dust and used plates!! Uncleaned room, unchanged sheets and nobody was trying to help us! I ve gone to many hotels in the uae and i ve never had a shocking, unpleasant experience like this. Will not be visiting again. Disappointed.

Really bad costumer service .. there is cigarettes everywhere and nuts and the smell of the cigarette in the room .. it is really bad and there is hair everywhere on the room , our check in was in 2:00 PM and they started cleaning the room at 4:00 PM !! They really don t deserve the high rating and if i can give them 0/10 i would literally give them this rating because its actually bad . Very very very very disappointing and disgusting and horrible ! They don t really deserve the price very much ! Its such a bad service .

This company has very bad customer service on the phone. I called to get some pricing of there plans to manage few of my properties and the lady was just arguing with me on why I called and was not supportive at all. Great way to lose managing 5 apartments !

I can t explain how amazing my stay was at the waves tower by kosco. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy. The location is perfect since we are close by to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa and many more places. The front desk was very helpful and would always get us a taxi when needed. You have a convenient store that s opened 24 hours in the building that allowed us to buy anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great with amazing views!! The host was great at communication and was very helpful.

Thanks to Ivan who was exceptionally available, the accommodation was perfect, everything available and the location on JBR was also perfect. Ivan asked me regularly if I needed anything, and he delivered my crib and high chair within 1 hour of my request. I recommend the accommodation and Ivan who was perfect.

We lived in an apartment at address beach for 12 days, the apartments themselves were excellent, but the concierge service was disappointing, Sharief is the one who, upon check-in, asks to write a positive review and give 5 stars, but in fact is incompetent and did not comply with the agreement. On the last day we failed with an extension, which was confirmed in advance. We do not recommend contacting, the work is unprofessional.

The guy there named Mr. Shareef was very helpful and nice person.One can enjoy beautiful views one side its sea facing jumeirah side and other side is facing burj khalifa.
