The service is excellent by Saeed Ali. It is very hard to work in middle of mall where everyone thinks this is an information counter, but he was so calm, professional and treated everyone with respect. Please allocate them a better space so people dont disturb them in mall. Thank you Saeed for great work!

I sent my return to China without any problems. It was just difficult to find a kiosk. It turned out that it is located on floor L1, between the Balmain and Tag Heuer stores.

Great post office! Mr Fatech was incredibly helpful in packing my parcel by making a large box into the size I needed. He worked very carefully and checked everything. I recommend sending your mail here!

Of all the EmPost branches I visited and inquired to, this branch/kiosk was by far the most professional and very helpful for me. Thank you Mr. Abdullah (from yesterday Monday afternoon shift) for answering my queries patiently and in detail. Will definitely use EmPost service soon and will only come back to this branch. :) I hope you guys continue what you are doing, to continue giving great services to customers and potential ones. This is the fourth time I have sent gifts Thank you to Brother Sayed for his good dealings not only with Emirates Post customers and even with mall patrons when he also worked as an information officer for the mall. He is supposed to take a salary from Emirates Post and a salary from the mall.
