Ive been asking you to change your address for a week now. You dont react at all. At the same time, I warned you in advance about my move in the second half of April, since it takes a long time for you to deliver. Now your courier has contacted me and delivered my parcel to the old address. I agreed on a time with him, came from the airport to meet him, and he let me down. As a result, your courier does not answer the phone and does not answer messages. Its all a terrible experience and service.

Untrusted system, Receiver has to pay both side, shipper delivery and Emirates post delivery charges even collected from their station. JAFZA centre have partiality service to the customers.

I went there with my friend for sending some items unfortunately the one staff very bad service and she talking same like that unreceptive but the other staff all did very well and she like only playing with mobile dont care about customer

The staff attended to me is not accommodating and helpful at all. She cannot find the state given in my address in her system so she ask me to verify the address. I asked if i can connect with the wifi to search the state in the internet. But she refused to even search the company to her computer s internet. Saying there is no internet.

The three stars is because the manager is more than helpfull but the staff is really annoying the rules keep changing. Even after instructions from the manager not helpfull and staff have excuses and their own rules to give the id.

Visited this post office after I guess 3-4 years and this facility is now well systematic, well equipped with latest technology, tracking, scanner etc. but if I would compare my last visit that didn t had machines what it has now then those days were super fast service that as of today 10-December-2018, there are only two active counters with latest technology systems and both super slow, sometime you regret new system and technology and new manpower. By the way, I only came to post an registered post for that I waited more than 40 mins whereas in old days this is only matter of less than 5 minutes deal Update- it took 55 minutes waiting for whole process

Another post office disaster. Drove the 40k round trip from Dubai Marina, since knowledge village always fails me. They wouldnt accept cash or credit cards. I give up!
