They claim to have explained how the parcel shipping was going to go, and then they cant tell me where the parcel is. Unbelievably unhelpful after the fact, but very prompt to collect the money. Never trust them with anything remotely important, theyll lose it, and then blame you for not understanding.

Ms. Alia demonstrated exceptional customer service by assisting with the delivery of my parcel, despite technical issues with the system. When the payment could not be processed due to the same problem, she facilitated a direct payment to her account and graciously accommodated the delay. Very poor people skills here. The first time I was using Emirates Post to send a few postcards overseas. I had to keep asking for the price and the staff serving appeared to not want to be there. Its a shame because I will not use the service again after this.

I went to this place to collect my Emirates ID. The process is simple. But the token system was not user friendly for a person who goes once in 2 years. When asked for help the lady was rude in answering. In just 5min I was there to collect mine and my sons EID she made me feel so low with her bad attitude. How hard is it to help politely?

Great staff, the two ladies were quite polite, if I was unsure about something they tried to help, and when they were not sure about something they asked me to clarify, so they wouldnt mess up the delivery. They take parcels and ship them for you, small space though but easy to locate and there is a nice coffee shop right next to it if it is busy and you are waiting for your toke. Though its not busy that often.

Bad behavior Un polite staff with baf attitude when they call. Insisting that they called me while they did not I should get my shipment on FEB 17 and up to date I did not get it. They called me only on FEB 18 twice where i missed the call and I call them back but call was nky going through and phone was not ringing even I chatted with them through website still nothing happened. Slow service. The first lady who assisted me gave me all my items then in the middle of the transaction she stand up and other lady (who is new as per her and very rude) came to finish my transaction, the first lady who was assisting me just took her bag and went home. And you have to pay an amount for to collect your things yet it has been ordered and paid all online.

You have to pay just for picking up your parcel, even if it s small 15 gram package. So I paid 25 AED for the goods in the internet and attention-27.25 AED in the post office for picking it up. Not even for delivering. Amazing!

As shown in the reviews, this Post Office does not have a great customer service. Just went today, and verified myself.There is usually not a lot of people that goes here. I would recommend you first check their website first before going if you have any questions. Because the people working there will not answer them, they pretty much tell you to look on their website if you have any questions. I bet they actually do not the answer. It is so sad, since there is one of the few Post Offices in where I live.

they need print outs for each shipment most unfriendly and unprofessional postal office in entire Dubai and in hurry to close the door at 3 pm even if you will come at 2:20 pm and be in the line and they will serve you at 2:45 pm they will not care at all I felt myself as I was the sheep there the way how they talk close the door close the door! Plus they charge for every shipment so print out is unreasonable for me which will cost less than 1 dirham few fills only! Other postal office in Dubai giving with tracking number and emirates ID only with super friendly service without any print outs! So this was shocking for me next time I will prefer to deal with other postal offices in Dubai but not in Dubai silicon oasis definitely !

What I am missing is free of charge parking nearby. The parking in front of the building is nealy always full. And the parking crossing the main road is 10 minutes walk one way to reach DSO HQ... only to quickly pass by at the Post Office. During summer the way even seems to be longer and also a lot of dust and sand.
