TEC has an excellent facilities with fully equipped meeting rooms. On top of that, the staffs were very professional and at the same time approachable. The location of this Business Center is near the World trade Centre Metro station which makes is very convenient. This is highly recommended.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service Experience at Dubai Branch Dear to whom it may concern, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experiences I had at your Dubai branch. Firstly, I was appalled by the actions of one of your employees who interrupted a meeting to abruptly end it, rather than encouraging its continuation. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. Secondly, I was shocked to hear your staff using inappropriate language towards customers. This is highly unprofessional and damaging to your companys reputation. Given these incidents, I regret to inform you that I am seriously reconsidering my relationship with your company. I hope you take immediate steps to address these issues.

We viewed a number of options to take office space in Dubai, and it became quickly obvious that TEC has a very superior set-up and service. We signed in 2020 and have renewed every year since. The people with whom we work across all teams are excellent. People are vital everywhere, but it is so very difficult to find a world-class service here, yet the TEC team provides a world-class service. Always friendly, always professional, always knowledgable and always helpful. I recommend totally. Of the organisations that claim service, so few provide. TEC provides. Well done all, from all areas.

COVID-19, A true pandemic or some people consider it World War 3, with thousands of fatalities and the rest of humanity exposed to such a virus. THE EXECUTIVE CENTER DUBAI have outshone and proven themselves for their splendid customer service, professionalism and dedication to operate the center even in such tough times. Not even a SINGLE day The Executive Center was closed during the most restricted lockdown . The Executive center had a representative every day , even though the whole center was completely empty. All services were maintained as usual, from IT support, printers, cleaning etc every single day. Even before the lockdown they took the appropriate measurements to ensure the safety of the Center on their end by providing mask, gloves and sanitizers, paper cups etc and right after the strict lockdown a complete sanitization and deep cleaning of the complete Center. Our company is associated with The Executive Center for a long time and they have always surprised with their hospitality. I am grateful to their staff who have risked their lives during this pandemic and continued to provide companies like us uninterrupted service with profound professionalism.

Close to metro..Altough its closest to taxi stand as well but many time its not easy to get the cab and you have only Starbucks and one small store in suburbs of this tower as of now. Location is prime as its world trade centre and offices are best workplaces.
