Terrible way to resolve an issue if you need to. All you can do is send a message through their app and you get an email from an agent. Ground staff don t have much they can do to assist you when matter is related to your account. I was under the impression that being with a global brand there would be advantages but unfortunately was very disappointed. They kept trying to invoice me for extra charges from the first month which they would then have to remove since they have no right to bill but they would charge you late fees for not paying on time if you don t pay regardless. I believe this is why they make you pay a large retainer. Even if they removed the wrong billing the issue being comfortable dealing with a party that doesn t keep making so called mistakes and then giving you credit memos. As if maybe you would overlook it once in a while.

Be careful before you decide to sign your contract, a lot of hidden fees are there! And if you decided not to renew the monthly contract for another month the restoration fees for such small office is almost half month fees even if nothing touched in the office! Your security cheque you will follow up for months to get it! Unfortunately CommerCity is really great place with great vibe but the deal with space was bad experience!!!

It had everything I required, including a comfortable desk, an ergonomic chair, Wi-Fi, and lots of natural light. The attention to detail made my hours there incredibly productive and enjoyable. I would like to express my profound disappointment with my experience with Spaces. Since the initiation of our engagement, certain aspects have raised concerns that are imperative to address. One of the initial indications of concern was the request for a substantial upfront payment as part of the contract signing process. This marked the commencement of a series of unsettling incidents that brought their business practices into question. Regrettably, additional charges totaling 2600 AED were only disclosed subsequent to contract execution. Furthermore, the promise of a swift refund upon contract cancellation was not upheld, with a substantial delay of 30 to 40 days cited instead. This extended retention of funds is disconcerting and poses challenges to operational cash flow. Of particular concern is the imposition of a monthly fee of 160 AED per employee access key. This pricing strategy appears to be designed to maximize revenue at the expense of customer satisfaction. Similarly, the cost structure for meeting rooms raises eyebrows, with charges of 90 AED per hour for standard rooms and 140 AED per hour for premium 8 Pack meeting rooms, alongside an exorbitant monthly fee of 700 AED. These rates are beyond industry norms and appear to prioritize financial gain over offering value to clientele. Furthermore, the quality of internet service provided was consistently subpar, resulting in significant productivity setbacks. The delay in addressing connectivity issues, taking 1.5 weeks despite repeated requests, is concerning. This experience was aggravated by the realization that a much faster 250 Mbps connection existed but was only offered upon persistent complaints. Such delayed responses undermine the professional work environment Spaces purports to provide. The inadequacy of the air conditioning system is another noteworthy issue. Uncomfortably warm conditions persist within the workspace, indicating inadequate HVAC provisions. The companys policy concerning AC temperature, seemingly ignoring the comfort of tenants, raises doubts about their commitment to a conducive working environment. Collectively, these factors point towards a prioritization of profitability over customer satisfaction. Spaces practices and pricing strategies appear exploitative and devoid of a customer-centric ethos. Furthermore, the additional charges for basic amenities such as parking, pantry use, and even coffee machine access, coupled with the lack of cleanliness and uncooperative management, tarnish the image of professionalism and competence. It is distressing that Spaces actions diverge significantly from the assurances provided during the contract negotiation phase. Their true intentions, marked by deception and financial gain, have become evident post-contract. This incongruence between promises and actions is deeply disconcerting and speaks to a lack of integrity and transparency within their operational framework. Kindly be advised that if there is a desire to engage in discussions with top management, it is currently regrettable that no representatives from the upper echelons of management are presently accessible for such consultations. In conclusion, I would strongly advise any prospective clients to exercise caution before considering Spaces for their business requirements. The practices described herein are a clear indication of a business more interested in extracting profit than fostering mutually beneficial relationships with its clients. There are alternative providers in the market that prioritize honesty, transparency, and genuine customer satisfaction. The current state of Spaces operations leaves much to be desired and, sadly, falls short of expectations.
