Stay away - they steel your money. Rented an office space for a week at the beginning of the year and paid the full amount the last day. 3 weeks later I receive an email from Regus that my account is blocked for non payment. Contacted the Regus office, Regus global, provided 3 times the credit statement as proof and Regus just closed the ticket. No resolution or progress whatsoever. Stay away from this place, this is theft. It is now almost 5 months later and I still get payment reminders (although I paid the full amount) and threats to close accounts. They are disorganized thieves. Do not get confused by the feedback below. I contacted them multiple times without any action. It took close to 7 months to get this more or less resolved with Regus directly. Never again

If you are looking for an honest contract, avoid at all costs. We paid our monthly rent upfront, and the agreement differed from the offer. They started charging restoration fees (no justification or further explanation), late payment fees (first month has been paid in advance before entering the place), coffee (not informed of the costs when we asked if we could use the coffee machine, but charged afterwards a fortune). The office is clean and bright, but that will never justify disrespecting people up to that point. This matter has been brought to attention of the Consumer rights authority in Dubai.
