Avoid Regus Dubai A total scam! Regus Dubai is nothing but false advertising. The photos on their website are pure fantasy, and what you get is nowhere near whats promised, not sure how this is legal in UAE. They re only focused on charging extra fees and sending endless invoices. Customer service is terrible takes over a week to respond, and even then, they re no help. The sales manager will say anything to make you sign, but once you do, everything goes downhill. Their facilities are dirty, and the promised parking it doesnt exist. Save yourself the headache and avoid Regus at all costs!

Never sign up in Dubai, even I informed him 10 minutes after signing to change my plan, he refused to do so. Now I have 1 year contract, in Europe they always so nice and change it. Its amazon approach to make the customer happy. However, I am not going to pay that and its on my company name which is closed anyway... haha

Unprofessional and deceiving. They are not clear about their charges, they have hidden fees in the terms and conditions that no one tells you about until you decide to leave! Extremely unhappy with their customer service as well! Do not rent from them.

Dishonest staff and horrible customer service. We moved to Regus in Sports City for one month and upon our exit, we were asked to pay almost a full month of rent (AED 4,800) which was not mentioned to us at any point. They try and scam people by adding this hiding clause in their terms and conditions so you wont see it. I do not recommend you rent any space from them.

SCAMMERS! We booked the office for one month and rather than them being clear about their charges. They are asking us to pay for almost a month of rent to be able to exit. They claimed to have it written in their terms and conditions, NOT on the front page of the contract where all charges are written.

DO NOT BOOK! We just got scammed by Regus. They have charged us 5k in charges for Restoration which was never mentioned or highlighted to us, when we had specifically asked for all charges. They do not care about their tenants and want to make the maximum about of money from them. I recommend you find somewhere else as it will be cheaper.

I was completely scammed by Regus and was provided no support from the team. I booked an office for a month for myself and staff while we waited for our new office to be ready and asked for all charges to be clearly stated and there was nothing mentioned about what s to come! As soon as I reached the end of the one month they are now asking me to pay almost another full month of rent to be able to move out. I asked them why this was not mentioned to me or my partner at any point and they said that it s in the fine print and that I needed to read the terms and conditions and they don t need to highlight that to me. I am at a huge loss right now and I would have never moved here if I had known there was an exit fee this high. They don t seem to care to keep a good relationship with their tenants. Greatly not recommended.

I had a Very bad experience with Regus , be careful please with there sales they are a-big layer , when i came for Rent they asked me to pay 2 month security deposit and as per this guy he said it will be refundable at the end of the contract when you return the office at the same original status , when my contract finished i get surprised they want to deduct a huge amount of 4800 Aed as restoration fee relaying on hidden term under the house rules page 7 , please don t trust them and look at another business center

Officially the worst experience weve had in 26 years. They will treat you well until the moment you decided to move out. We were illegally charged more than AED 2300 as Restoration Charges! Were talking about a small room with 2 walls! This was not in the original contract but they claim Its in the electronic terms and conditions. Weve opened cases agains them with RERA & Dubai Economic Department for this. Any how, it took them 63 days to refund our security deposit (minus AED 2300)! We had to follow up with them every week! Overall they look to have great offices but thats until you decide to leave them. Its not about the matter of money... Its how they treat you! Were sharing our feedback so no other person/company goes through hell with them.
