I rented an office here for my company - a real estate agency. Offices 10m2 almost 100 thousand units per year. At first it seemed normal, then I realized that it was overpriced. Constant extortions and incomprehensible payments, I seemed to have paid, but I always had to pay extra for something. As a result, I abandoned offices in this center.

First time I went to view one of their office spaces, nobody showed up on during our scheduled appointment, despite waiting and calling their listed phone number. Weeks later went to visit walk-in and an uncourteous arrogant sales person (Anna Kopteva) showed up with an argumentative attitude which left a very negative impression regarding the vibe, culture and professionalism of the office centre and it s management.

Absolutely loving it! Although the center isnt as spacious as some other regus centers, it totally makes sense considering Marina Gate is not a commercial tower.

Super nice and chill spot to work from. Easy access, no need for an elevator. The team is very helpful and tries to accommodates visitors even if the lounge is full. The building itself is great, lots of cafes/supermarkets around.

Absolutely horrendous company. Poor services and understaffed. Not worth it at all and harassment from them and incompetent back end and billing staff. Office is difficult for anyone to find. Much better options out there than Regus. Wish I never signed up with these people.

The co-working space is brilliant but it was a big mistake to hire a very rude and unprofessional administrator Ane. She turned the place into her property and is behaving like a big boss. She scares everyone around her, please do something!!!
