Regus in Dubai, Downtown provides a functional workspace with standard amenities. The location is convenient, and the office environment is professional. While the facilities meet basic needs for a workspace, theres room for improvement in terms of ambiance and additional services. Decent for a standard office setup but could benefit from enhancements to create a more inspiring and comfortable work atmosphere.

Behaviour of Community Manager Jeanne Nebrida and their colleagues from this Regus is revolting and unacceptable. I have personally viewed 01 office in this building on day 24.April and found out they have terrible internet speed. But I still liked the office. So I requested to send me the contract and received it during evening/night of 24.April. And subject to check of internet speed on 25.April I would either sign the lease or not. 25.April, 13:00 I have arrived with laptop to double check wired internet speed (still well below average @ 80-90mbps) and WHILE I WAS VIEWING THE OFFICE the sales manager rented it to someone else. While I am standing in the office. With valid contract for signature. And literally laughed in my face saying we work like that, its your problem, not ours. This is absolutely appalling behaviour. I will never ever rent from Regus ever in my life. To whoever cares from Regus: Reference Number: PRT10794782 UPDATE 4 months later: still nobody from REGUS cares enough to contact me regarding the described behaviour.

Very beautiful place but not well managed. Very very loud reception girls who are constantly repeating some thing on the phone. Many loud people holding meetings..no board put up to maintain some silence. Walkable from the Dubai mall over all beautiful.

I am extremely disappointed with what I thought was an internationally reputed company. I had rented office 415 at the Bridge in Dubai Sports city from Regus for 6 months for my newly opened real estate company. The sole purpose for renting the office was to get a trade license issued as local laws require proof of office rent before a trade license gets issued. I signed a 6 months lease agreement with Regus. Regus stated that they require a security deposit of AED 5,400 that will be refunded back to me at the end of the lease term. I never even once used the office during the full term of the lease. Upon termination of the lease, I was surprised when Regus informed me that they will deduct AED 2,197 from my security deposit as restoration charges for an office I never used. The keys of the office were always with the front desk attendant and I never used the office at all. I pleaded with the Regus Dubai and Regus Global Headquarters but they still deducted the charges despite the terms and conditions clearly stating that deduction will be made if restoration is done on the office. In this case no restoration was required as I never used the office. I am bringing this to peoples attention so that everyone knows that Regus uses the security deposit to make money. They deduct money from the security deposit without any need for restoration works. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE! I will never deal with Regus ever again!

They changed the setup I had in Sports City almost immediately after I began the lease. As a result, not much of the amenities were on offer. Also, about two months before the lease was up, they emailed me saying I had 48 hours to respond or the lease would automatically renew. I found that very underhanded in my opinion, especially as they sent it to an email I had used with them once. After much arguing, I moved the business out and never looked back.

I had purchased a global package from Regus which entitles me for using their space anywhere in the world for 5 days in a month ,I got into a 6 month contract ,after first month I have been complaining to them that I am not able to book their space thru my mobile app /portal .I complained to everyone possible but in vain .I threatened to put my complain on social media but I think they are least bothered .Recently I noticed they have even charged me for the 7th month when the contract is for 6 months and have I have not been able to use even 10% of the days which was eligible.....I am surprised at the pathetic customer service of this global brand

Great staff ! So informative and professional. Lovely location and such a large center. Theres a Starbucks hub inside too which you can order with the beam app or just grab one of their own coffee with fresh milk & freshly ground up beans.

My experience with this organisation was horrible they are not willing to refund my deposit for the past 60 days for 2017 agreement despite following up constantly with them. They keep on harnessing me with late payment fees although I have deposited 12 checks in advance all been through. And they charged me for office restoration although I used the office for less than 4 hours during the year.

I read in their website 30 AED daily office available and even filtered some in their webaite but when I went to meet them in branch I was informed it is not that way and they are very sorry for misleading info in their website. In fact thats per person and they dont have for one person only. You should get the full package which costs more than 65k AED. Keep in mind parking fees in their building is 20AED /hour and you have to pay it.
