Had an amazing experience with this business. Queenie in Property Management took care of all the formalities of my rent renewal and made the whole process effortless and easy. All I had to do was sign the papers and the cheques and be on my way. Very welcoming, very professional, communicative, accommodating, and trustworthy! Need more people like Queenie

Do not trust that company. I would not recommend having a deal with them. They changed 3 brokers within 3 month, and then they allowed themselves to shout on the client. Never sign any documents with them. Disgusting behavior and so many lies, unfortunately

We bought an apartment, the realtor s attitude was fuck off , they promised one thing, in fact it was not fulfilled, the deal lasted 4 months instead of the promised 1.5 months, it was a terrible experience with Alexandra Gromova, in the end she does not answer me and completely ignores me. She lied about the parking, did not specify it and assured that it was in the same building as our apartment, as a result, it was not there. She promised to sell the apartment in the same condition as when viewing it, but as a result, some details were missing. She promised to solve the problem with the bathroom, but she didn t do that either, she just shrugged her shoulders. The realtor said that no one had lived in the housing for a month, but as it turned out, people had been living here for 3 weeks. The agent did nothing to help us.

I had to deal with agent Manar Ali. Very unprofessional and rude. We required for the property on the 2nd of March at 12 pm, called and texted on WhatsApp. No response at all. She replied after 11 days on WhatsApp in late afternoon. I told her, we found what we need. But she was rude and abused me. At least in Ramadan time, she should be nice and respect people. I have a screenshot, complaint to RERA will be submitted.

Too many cold calls and then their team behaves as if a buyer is a scam, if you don t trust that every buyer is a real buyer then don t do cold calls. Either they are new to Dubai Real Estate or made too much money that their ego is sky high.
