Very less car parking per office, Number of Offices & CAR parking ratio is completely wrong here!! Monthly parking charges are very expensive its as good as 1BHK rent per month! RTA parkings are very limited next to the building and mostly full after 9 am.

The good thing about this tower is that they have valet parking and it s free if you validate the ticket. I visited emirates hospital and the access was great, quick in and out.

I visited the place few times and found it very clean,and well organised building. I would highlight the many lifts numbers has so you dont need to wait long to go up to the offices . In addition there are plenty of paid RTA parking in front of the tower

This hotel has so many facilities and various choices of fun places. One of the best pubs in city, one of the best Arabic clubs in city, access for squash and tennis courts. Big pool, polo bar, big and light gym, cosy atmosphere at rooms with lovely balconies . Amazing view at night. Its a fair 5 star hotel with beach facility. It has many nice Restaurants indoor and outdoor. You will get nice reception at entrance. Lobby is almost busy always.

An old residential tower. The air conditioning is half its age. It does not have any services such as barbershops, groceries, a pharmacy, or a kitchen sink. It has no ventilation outlets or a window with a hood to extract the cooking hood. The cleanliness is in the middle. There is no good and quick maintenance.
