Dust free with cooled corridors - really impressive. What is stunning is the consistency of a five star customer service from the entire staff regardless, dedicated and extremely helpful. We ve been with Self Store since April 2023 and don t intend to go anywhere else anytime soon! Thank you for keeping the standards high and delivering your promises. Very impressed by the service, fees and support with storage. Abbas was great in arranging the the unit and understanding my requirements. Would also highly recommend the moving company and Hassan s Team at Fly movers. They packed the house extremely quick and took extra extra of fragile items. Great work

The company offers a reliable,safe, organized , clean and hygienic storage space for our personal items. We like the fact we could choose our individual storage space size option and that we were given our personal key to access our stored items 24/7 which is so convenient for us. The company is owned and run by European owners so the communication was clear and easy to ask any questions, explain and understand. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who may need any long or short term storage options.

My go-to for storage here in Dubai. The team are always accommodating and pleasant, putting up with my (many) questions (thanks Rob!) The facility is clean, organized and secure with easy check-in. I love the fact they have 24hr recorded CCTV, and on-site security guards too, always puts my mind at ease :-) I have stored with Self Store on several occasions over the years that I have lived in Dubai, and have always been happy. The various size storage lockers and flexible options available are also super helpful, especially for short-term needs or between moving/temporarily downsizing. They also put us in touch with a great team of movers, who I always use now and recommend to friends/associates who ask. Happy to recommend, I wont ever go anywhere else! Thanks guys!

Avoid this company - they are just not worth dealing with. Their client service is one of the most rude that I have encountered in the past few years. They continually threaten to sell your items if you are late for a payment. Not the type of company that respects their customers. Best find other storage companies that are a little more cooperative.
