Great place! Helpful and friendly staff! You can find here different stuff here, from apparel and luggage till touratech motorcycle turning. There is also motorcycle service but I didn t try yet. A pretty unorganized Shop. It took many whatsapp messages and Emails to rent a bike. At least I got an r1250 gs with the rally seat. My wife was not very happy with this seat. If you rent a bike you have to leave a security payment of 5.000 dirham !!! In case you have a speeding penalty. Of you pay per card, they Charge you 350 !!! Dirham just for fun, for a security payment ??? So you only get back 4650 of your 5000 on your card. No idea why ? Extra km cost you extra. In germany noone cares about extra km. Think i need to talk to touratech germany about this. I am not very happy.

They are very quick to respond back to you, I was looking for a rear suspension for my Honda NC700 but could not find it in the UAE. I contacted Touratech and they had it ordered for me right away from Germany as it was not available locally. I look forward to working with them for more parts and accessories. After leaving Germany in mid-August, I arrived in Dubai at the beginning of October. In the meanwhile my Beta needed some service to be done. Friends of mine, who had already been to Dubai in 2018 with their two G 650 GS, advised me to go to Touratech Middle East. And I can only confirm that. Best shopping experience Ive had for a very long time. I live in the U.K. and wanted to order a particular part for my brothers bike (lives in Abu Dhabi) for his Birthday, which was the following day. The lovely Alison got in touch with me via WhatsApp and gave me the good news that the part was in fact in stock and could arrange payment with the hope that it would arrive the following day. As amazing as it sounds, transaction made and the part was posted out and it made it from Dubai to being in my brothers possession within a few hours (same day delivery). Properly gobsmacked. This time adventure took us to Dubai. Great place to visit and see it on the bike After short time we decided to rent from Touratech Price was normal, service was exceptional! After first day we had one wire needing attention, not a big deal. The Owner came at night (100 plus kilometers) to fix it while we were sleeping in the hotel! Wow! He said to use his bike as my own and enjoy our vacation. And we did it!!! What a trip Dubai and Oman 3000 plus km We would love to come back Ps Make sure you have understood the insurance policy and deposit rules before renting. From Salah and George and to the other jolly staff their helpfulness, performance and great service deserves more than 5 stars. I am amazed about how much good reviews they have, but in my experience its the worst adventure motorcycle shop ever. Yes they have good prices, but the customer service is the worst you can find. The after service after purchasing the product doesnt exist. They will answer phone calls but after the call is ended they will do nothing. You will send them whatsapp messages they will even read without replying, and that is not only for after purchase service, even when I want to purchase something else, they confirm the purchase and put a delivery date. Delivery date comes, and what you will find is nothing, contact them again, they will read but not answer. So please if you are looking good adventure motorcycle shop with a good after purchase service, search for someplace else. Many others can be found in dubai.

Fantastic shop! We are doing a trip around the world and, by chance, we visit Touratech in search of a workshop. Without an appointment there is time for a tire change, oil change and even the motorcycle is washed! According to them, there is always time for travelers. We spent a nice day with them. And have become acquainted with a number of funny customers. Thanks Jorge, Katherine and Kirumira for the great service.
