Great experience for my son and his friends. The booking was simple and easy. Rosario was very prompt with his replies and was always reachable. The pricing for the limo was a lot more reasonable in comparison to other quotes I got. The limo showed up on time and drive around for an hour. Overall a very happy customer and I can highly recommend this company.

Worst to worst service i have ever seen in handling the customer, these guys have spoiled my surprise birthday plan for which i have booked a limo and at the last minute, he flipped his words and disappointed us. This is a serious bad experience i have met dealing with them, specially the guy rizalde. Guys, you have to value ur words, when you give a trust to someone, do accordingly. Or dont give service at all. Please dont rely on these peoples words.

1. Limo was almost an hour late. 2. Company didn t have their own limo so they made a deal with some other company and shared the money 50/50. It s fine by me, but the limo they sent me was different than requested + driver was really bad + windows didn t work so we had to keep them open. 3. After making a drama they sent another limo, the one I requested but wrong color, so I m giving one star extra for it. But the whole experience was horrible and spoiled the whole night, as we were late for dinner and I had to be on the phone constantly. PS he replied he s gonna contact me - I sent an email and nobody ever came back to me, so I m removing one star. HORRIBLE service

1.Booking was CONFIRMED 1 DAY prior. On the day of booking, i just generally reconfirmed and they were not aware of the booking. My time was 11 and they told me 12. 2. I agreed TO 1130 pm as I had no option, the driver kept lying to me about his location and eventually came at 01:15 am 3. I called almoat 14 times before my call was answered. They knew i had a booking and the booking time had passed. They were purposely not responding 4. Finally when the call was answered, they acted as if nothing has happened and that they were not wrong. Told me that they will send me the driver details. Did not send ans stopped answering calls. 5. The interiors were dirty. Used soda cans were present. a discount was asked by us and provided by them but it doesnt justify the embarrassment i went though in front of my guests and mainly the delay in my schedule I am definitely escalating every where possible.
