A beautiful appartement with an incredible view on Dubaï, so close to the Dubaï mall that I can even go there by walk! It s calm and tidy, all the apartment furnitures are modern and brand new, the crue is welcoming and the appartement is better than what I ve expected. I agreed on apartment with Omar and Abdelrahman and confirmed renting it and pay the money next day morning and check in but at the evening he canceled my booking for another person as he will take longer period without updating me. Then they asked me to take another apartment lower quality with the same price. Seriously this is unprofessional. If you cannot keep your words and conformations then don t confirm with your clients. Simply you can ask me first, If I didn t pay now I will lose it. But dont confirm and they cancel the deal from yourself !! What a shame !

A very clean apartment, complete with all needs, the security system is very high, you have free private parking, five minutes to Circle Mall, and ten minutes to Hills Mall, Al Barsha area is approximately 15 minutes away, Brother Younis is very kind and cooperative, and he is at your service at any time

Worst experience in working with broker EVER. Brokers name Syed Imran. Ive booked my apartment from him. Wanted to stay for a couple of months. 1) He replies soooo slow. Like he is not interested in working with you at all. 2) Ive checked in to my unit (self check in) - it is a different floor, different layout, different apartment - not the one that Ive booked. He just said that Im wrong. Didnt care at all. 3) THERE WAS NO GAS AND NO HOT WATER IN THE APARTMENT. IT TOOK 4 DAYS FOR THEM TO FIX IT. Ive texted him every day - the team that was coming was useless. Didnt do anything. Atleast they fixed the gas on a third day. But hot water... He didnt care at all. Would not recommend. The worst service and the worst broker that Ive ever had an experience working with...

If youre thinking of using DVC Vacation Home, think again! My experience with them was nothing short of a debacle, and Im writing this review as a warning for future potential clients. 1. Booking Chaos: I had initially arranged a half-year lease with them for a studio in Elite Downtown Residence, a location I had previously resided in. We had agreed on a price, the specific property, and they were aware of my arrival date. But on the night of my arrival in Dubai, I was informed that the property wouldnt be available for another two weeks! They seemingly forgot about our agreement and left me scrambling for a place to stay. They did hastily offer an alternative property, but it was in a different location not what I had specified. After some back and forth, they found me a 2-bedroom apartment in my desired location but at a much higher cost. I reluctantly took it for two weeks before finally moving into the originally agreed-upon studio. This oversight cost me extra for an unnecessarily large apartment. 2. Maintenance Issues: Once settled in the studio, things seemed okay until I realized the air conditioning was limited to 25 degrees. It took nearly a week for the agent to understand that a technician was needed to unlock it. A simple issue, which should have been resolved in a day or two, was dragged on unnecessarily due to the agents sluggish response and lack of communication. 3. Refund Woes: As my lease neared its end in August, I was expecting my security deposit to be returned as promised within 1-2 weeks. However, not only did the weeks go by with no return of my deposit, but the company also did not reach out to me. When I finally inquired, they said they would send it but needed my bank details - which they shouldve asked for proactively. Subsequent follow-ups with the agent have been frustrating. I received vague assurances about the deposit being returned, but it was only after posting this review on September 1st that they finally returned my deposit. In conclusion, DVC Vacation Home has demonstrated terrible communication, unreliable service, and a lack of professionalism. I regret partnering with them from the get-go. My advice would be to steer clear and save yourself the hassle.

Im writing this review to help future academics in town. Im in Dubai for my sabbatical at a state university. I spent two weeks for visiting dozens of apartments in different neighborhoods I was disappointed with the quality of apartments and agents behavior. Then I met Imran from DVR, he helped me to get a clean and new furnished apartment in Damac Hills area with ease. I finalized everything in a couple of days and moved-in without any problem. Imran and Savvy were in touch with me to answer all my questions. Most importantly I liked their honesty and politeness. It turns out the homeowner is also a graduate from the school I graduated in the US. I was very pleased. Finally I am back to routine this Monday and reading one of my students thesis.

Terrible company and service. Not only did I wait for their manager in the lobby for 45 minutes when I arrived, but he also didn t immediately prepare all the documents. As soon as we arrived in the apartment, problems began - the refrigerator did not work, the water in the bathroom was not clear from where. Very poor quality glazing on the balcony, even though it s on the 24th floor, it feels like you re on the street. In the end, everything seemed to be repaired, but after a few days the problems started again.

Their dealing are very smooth n very good in the starting but later they didnt confirm with us that the rates are going high for the property we were at i.e., Xclusive maples hotel apartment and the last minute, the day before we had to extend they are saying so and so is rate. Being a Company you have to inform your clients prior confirmation about the rates so that we can decide if need to extend or move out. Very unprofessional way of dealing.

I received a recommendation for DVR Vacation Homes from a friend who rented an apartment from them for 3 months. Upon arrival in Dubai, they sent me the entire catalog of apartments with full information, where I chose the housing that suited me in the Dubai Marina area. I transferred the deposit to them and booked the apartment. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely and shown to the apartment. Everything was at the highest level, as expected. Upon departure, they checked the apartment and returned the deposit. I recommend!

I stayed in an apartment in business bay it was very spacious I specially liked the hall area with beautiful and cozy sofa and taking to service the are very active and friendly staff I requested them for a cleaning waiver they accepted my request and I got my security deposit back at the same time of check out so 5 stars to your team DVR!

We booked an apartment with DRV Vacation Homes a week before arrival. Upon arrival we were met on time and checked in. The apartments are the same as in the photo. Even slightly exceeded our expectations. The service is good, its nice to communicate with people. There were no shortcomings. Upon departure, they also arrived, checked the integrity of the apartment and returned the deposit on the spot. Overall, 5/5, I recommend it.
