I just had an excellent experience on the Falcon helicopter ride! I was a bit tense at first, but Dominic was fantastic in calming my nerves, especially when we were suited up with safety jackets. He truly went above and beyond by paying for my pictures since I didn t have dirhams or dollars on hand. I later reimbursed him in cedis, which added a personal touch to the experience. Highly recommend this adventure! Dubai is really a nice place to be.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Despite paying over 600 AUD per seat, I was placed in the rear middle of the helicopter, making it very difficult to enjoy the tour. I had to awkwardly try to see around the passenger beside me. I wasnt allowed to wear my hat even though staff and pilots were all wearing theirs out and around the helicopter. Customer service was very poor, with no enthusiasm or compassion, making it seem like they are only interested in an easy money grab. To top it off, after the tour, we were rushed out and pushed into a cab that the company claimed was included. However, we were shocked to find that the fare was four times higher than a regular taxi. Avoid booking with them as they only care about your money!

The helicopter ride was great although we were scammed on the way back home from the private taxi organised from falcon, It didn t have a metre and when we got to the hotel he said it was only cash and was 120 aed for a 10km drive. When we went there before helicopter it was only 38 aed. Such a rip off.

We book at 16:40 and we arrived at 15:45 and no one tells us our booking has been cancelled. Bad experience, no one told us that our reservation has been cancelled until we arrived to the center. It is a cheating company, they have cheated us very badly. Booked 3 tickets 430378. We reached in time despite of difficulties, but refused to board.(There was a DJ Martin program and traffic out side was totally jammed(no fault of us), but still in time 1 o clock. Robbed us DH 2100. Arrogant staffs Dave and Hazel. Unfriendly management. They take time and delay to board you. But if you are delayed even little, they will Rob your complete money. This Company is located on THE PALM close to HOTEL ATLANTIS. You need to book right in time. Upon arrival it is looking well organized. The whole time you will feel secure. It is starting when we got asked for our Passport. They will make a copy of it. Then your weight will get checked. You need to leave your hand luggage in a locked compartment. Some security instructions will follow. Later you will a live west. The possible use of it could be explained in a better way. The Helicopters are looking brand new. Then we got guided to the Helicopter. Staff will help you to enter it and to fasten the seat belts. Then we got head phones. And the flight has started smoothly. The weather and sight was perfect. The volume of the loudspeaker/headphone was not working good enough. The view was fantastic. We have booked a flight with a duration of 17 minutes which was long enough. The landing was as perfect as the start. The toilets are new but not cleaned good enough. It is a shame that passengers and guests do not use it in a clean way. I can highly recommend this company and the flights.

An employee wanted me to come into the next room and then told me that I had to pay double the price because I weighed more than 110kg and apparently would need 2 seats, which wasnt true. I said that it couldnt be and I hadnt read anything about it on the booked website Headout... the employee put me under pressure the whole time and said that we would sort it out after the helicopter flight... I and my wife were able to Didnt enjoy the flight at all and had a loss of morale. I find it incredibly cheeky for the employee to treat a guest like that and try to rip me off.

My flight was cancelled and postponed due to bad weather. On the next appointment, we were given a priority and we flew before our designated time. Huge thanks to Nirshad. He was very helpful and ensured that we don t face any issues this time. He personally took us to the chopper and made sure that everything is comfortable. Employees like Nirshad makes the company great. After the flight, Nirshad ensured that our photos and videos are all properly placed. Overall a great experience to see half of Dubai in 17 minutes. We booked the flight from Germany through an agency. On August 25th, 2023 we were about to start, then everything had to be canceled due to a sandstorm. Since no one could tell us how long it would take, we were offered the option of getting the money back or choosing another day. We decided on August 27th. and today everything went smoothly. Fast processing and a short waiting time - we were lucky to be able to sit at the front. The pilot gave information about buildings. The 15 minutes - how fitting - flew by. The only point of criticism is the photographer. Hes very hectic and doesnt take good pictures either. You dont have to buy them, thats the good thing - we picked the only usable picture out of around 50 and paid almost 33 for it. In my opinion that is too expensive, but since it will probably remain a unique experience, you just do it. We can highly recommend Falcon Heli Tours, but not the photographer. And in summer, always book at the beginning of your vacation, because sandstorms are frequent and so you still have the opportunity to postpone.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration shown to customers. Booking for 2 people + Panorama supplement made online, confirmation by Whatapps, 1 hour in a taxi, 1 hour waiting time, in the end we were asked to return home after having made a copy of the passports without taking the flight. The reason? no reason at all! After 30 minutes of negotiation, it was impossible for them to cover the taxi costs. They offered another slot at 5.45pm the next day but I had to wait for their confirmation via Whatapps to validate the flight. In short, they were unable to validate the flight until 3pm the next day. With a 5-year-old child, its unthinkable that they treat customers in this way, thinking that were at their disposal! To be avoided !

Unmissable experience! I had many doubts about which agency to hire, since I made the reservations a week before arriving in Dubai, I was not wrong in choosing this one, the service is excellent, although it took us 20 minutes from the time the tour was (everything was ok , these are things that sometimes happen) the pilot was super friendly, the tour was very interesting & complete because she explained it to us, we took the 17 minute tour & I think a 30 minute tour would have been better, they literally flew by, in a helicopter They go up to 6 people, 2 in front & 4 in the back, they seat you according to the weight of each person, if this is bothersome for you, you can hire a private tour, I consider the price reasonable, the place has lockers so you can leave your belongings, without It is undoubtedly an experience that I would repeat again.

It was a worthwhile experience! The views were just stunning. I did Atlantis The Palm 15 mins helicopter tour. You can see The Atlantis Royal, Burj Al Arab, Burj Khalifa , numerous man made islands, beaches, water parks etc. Taking off right above the water was an amazing experience. You have to arrive an hour before your scheduled time as there will be a short training session pre take off. They have a lounge where you can sit and wait for your turn. Lockers are provided to keep the stuff that isn t allowed onboard.

Superb experience, whst a view of Dubai and the Ocean. Burj Khalfa, Palm Island, World Island all beautifully covered during the ride. The videos are noisy due to the Chopper noise. Very professional, fantastic staff, pilot, helicopter. We took the 17 mins ride. Boarding is from Atlantis Palm.

An exclusive 25-minute once in a lifetime exhilarating experience with my brother s family. If you want to see bird s eye view of Dubai then you should try this. We ascended from Atlantis the Palm then flying over The World Islands then heading to Burj Khalifa and the other skyscrapers of Sheikh Zayed Road. We passed by Dubai Creek, getting close to Dubai Frame then off to Jumeirah Lakes Towers and islands and Dubai Marina. Proceeding afterwards to Burj Al Arab, to the Palm Islands, Atlantis The Royal, Atlantis the Palm and back to base. A 25-minute is definitely enough if more than that my ears are getting numb.

They play as , I pay 300 dirhams for a usb stick with our photos during the elicopter ride, and guess what, they give us a usb stick with photos with Abu Dhabi, standard photos who can literally anyone can found on internet. I am very disappointed about this mockery!! thats not acceptable to fool people like this!

Cool Well, what can compare with flying? Its a pity no one speaks Russian. The pilot spoke in English about what we were flying over. We flew over the island a little above the city.
