We had a disappointing experience with this company. The boom lift we rented was dirty, rusty, and clearly hadn t been serviced in a long time. Additionally, the pricing felt exaggerated. We won t be considering this company for future rentals.

I hope this review goes to the owner of the company . The staff who is answering on the phone and WhatsApp very bad especially staff name Nabil. I m sure he is making company lose customers after what he tell me . To pay 5000 AED for three days boomleft which is no problem , but asking me to pick and drop the staff for three days or if I can give accommodation plus he take too much time to answer back and try to not answer the phone by giving the phone to another staff because he doesn t have the knowledge to solve a problem !!!

Amazing service! We had a very last minute job that needed a Telehandler. Farhan at Al Wafi answered the phone, after hours and delivered as promised the next morning. The machine came with current test certificates, the driver was polite and helpful and understanding of the delicate terrain and came with all the appropriate licences and documents. Thank you for the amazing service.

We needed to get access to my roof and needed a cherry picker or some sort of lift to access it. Al Wafi came, assessed the area/space and suggested a boom lift with driver at a fair price. All this was relatively urgent - they were very responsive and accommodating and all was handled in a few days. I was relieved they took on an individual client/minor job - I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service... Great ppl to work with... I have frsh hand experience of working with Mr farhan and Mr nabeel wherein I regularly rent man lift with them. ..
