I am working in UAE for the last 14 years, Every company has its culture but, Al Faris stands out as best from the other companies because the management and seniors are very welcoming. Al faris group has salary pending for 4 months they are not paying hike for all employees who is working for more than 5 years.all employee salary is only 1000aed to 2000aed no proper food for all employees.company will hold all employee passport they will not even provide proper annual leave
