I had one of my worse experience with this company as I can explain This company offered me a studio for rent with that guy named Rizwan, and I asked him for my acceptance to move in August 2024 Then I paid him security deposit 3000AED , Then before The beginning of August with 20 days , I asked him that I have circumstances that I might not be able to take the studio and complete the deal , and from this moment till today 7th September 2024 , he is not answering my messages and calls , and if he didn t call me in the next 48 Hours I will make a complaint to the police and move forward with bad reviews for that company that toke money from people and don t answer their calls I want my money back as I didn t take the studio Please advice. Although I ultimately decided on a different property, I greatly appreciated Rizwan Nazirs dedication, expertise, and the time he invested in showing us a unit in JVC which we very much liked and were ready to make an offer on the same day.
