I had a brilliant experience with Vanessa Harris. We had to visit one apartment with a very difficult tenant who did not allow us to enter the flat (even the viewing was confirmed in advance) and do the needful for a valuation process. However, Vanessa was so professional and she managed to do it. I am so happy and grateful for her professionalism and understanding the situation. I would highly recommend Vanessa and CBRE. It was my first time experience with them and I am very happy, hopefully to meet them again. Best of Luck. :)))

Needed a valuation done for a property in RAK. Faiyad from CBRE turned up with 24hours and provided a valuation with 48hours. Great service and very helpful. Highly recommend!!! Thank you once again Faiyad.

I was fortunate to work with Faiyd Hassan. He has a polite,frank and helpful approach with his clients.. He was focused and responsive through out the process and accommodated my appointment on a short notice. He has a good sense of analyzing the situation and work towards it. CBRE is lucky to have him. I would like to compliment the CBRE valuation team for being extremely responsive to a very time critical valuation of a residential property that I am trying to purchase. In addition to the quick turnaround time Hassan ensured I was updated on a very regular basis, regarding process and expectations and alleviated any personal stresses on my side. Despite CBRE international maybe most professional , yet this middle east branch is highly not recommended for having the worst most unskilled leadership not employees and non professional management specially in managing properties, they dont know who to build a professional relationship with their clients and maintain them, I would urge to request the directors to question their assigned leaders

This review is specifically for the new property management of St. Regis Saadiyat Island Abu Dhabi: They re cruel. We already had multiple problems with this new management and we ve been living here for more than 5 years. But we have reached the limit when we found out they told the security not to feed the cats who has been around our community longer than them!!! Only a heartless human being would think of this. There are many ways to control the cat population, but their only option is to starve them until they die. We love these cats and they make this community lively. I have watched the securities adore them too, as a companion. This management is the worst. This is only one of the reasons we re moving out, we spoke to other residents as well and they share the same sentiments. No one likes them. Change them please, nobody wants these kind of people here! bring back the old ones.

Amount of headache to get a quote from them is unspeakable. I have no idea where they this Top ranked outsourcing provider makes me worry about general Dubai providers level. I would be very careful - they are pricey and not exactly reliable.
