Very disappointing experience with the lady Rosy. They are greedy for more money!! She wants clients to pay extra when we ask refund for the days we didnt use the car. Its been more than a week after telling to send the driver to take the car, still nobody came and when we asked for refund for the days which we didnt use, she is making lame excuses! If you cannot do a refund, you should first put it in the contract that. Be truthful to you clients, atleast inform your clients before they give you money that you dont do any refund!

Having lost my car rental reservation at Avis across the road due to a flight cancellation , I got in touch with Yokos who provided me with a brand new Hyundai Tucson within an hour, the service from Rosy and the team was excellent. They also provided me with a larger 7 seater vehicle after 24 hours which was ideal for us. No problems with vehicle or service. Would definitely use them again
