Awesome experience, I was helped by Saeed and various other guys to deliver my rental car on time. Guys were honest and their prices are the best. I will definitely recommend them! Update: Recently traveled to Dubai again and used their Services again, Salesman Amin is a very nice person to speak to, very professional and quick to solve my issues. When I arrived, Josebin was already waiting for me a the airport early in the morning, a big thank you to Josebin for your friendly services, when I return the car, Sadeq has waited for me for more than one hour because I was a bit lost in town, really appreciated their awesome services, will update this again on my next visit to Dubai and will use them again!

Have rented supercars from these guys on three separate occasions. Great and easy to deal with and the latest car (Corvette C8 spyder) was just a year old with low mileage and in super condition. No surprise charges and excellent at going through the vehicle initially and cataloging any pin dents / small marks so you don t get unnecessarily charged. For anyone who deals with them, especially those who charge a Mada card. 4 months and the insurance amount was not returned. They were contacted and told you that you have broken the hold. I checked with the bank and they said this is not a deposit. This is a withdrawal from your current account. We contacted their office again and they said to check with the bank. It is a game, be careful, be careful, beware of them. 1500 dirhams have not been transferred yet. Uber and Careem are better than scams

I rented several cars from this company last year and this year I rented 4 cars again for my vacation. They rent out nice cars for a good price. When returning 2 cars, things went a little less smoothly because the inspector had noticed damage that would not be there for the rental. Fortunately, we had made clear videos each time when taking the cars, so we had to and could prove that this damage was already there. Furthermore, everything went smoothly, including communication via WhatsApp. They could not deliver 1 car on the day itself due to a defect in the roof that could not be opened. They neatly found a solution for this and gave us a better category car for the same price. Very nice and neat from X Car Rental. My compliments go to the Philippine man Jose. Very neat, nice and polite how he helped us! Top guy!
