I m not too fond of giving feedback to experiences i didn t like nor somthing that never exceeded my expectations but VIP RENT A CAR is something else. Whenever I m down to Dubai i would always go rent cars for a week or two. Some were overpriced and others cheap. Regardless of the cost it s the quality of service that matters most. Few weeks ago just when I celebrated my birthday, i heard about VIP and the good reviews so i tried them . Yes! I had come to the right place and finally found a good Company. Then I came to met Jessica. She was exceptional and very thorough with her explanations. The process was very smooth. So I d say this again, VIP RENT A CAR is just exceptional and their cars? top notched. You guys should try them to experience yourself. Just look for Jessica, for sure she will make everything easy for you just like how she made mine.

*** BUYER BEWARE *** Rented a Lamborghini Huracan for 3 days 2 nights from this company. Pre-sale experience was great whereby Asma and I agreed on a rental price 2 months prior to arriving in Dubai. However, when we arrived and it came time to deliver the car, they stuffed us around. They did a classic bait and switch whereby they lock you in to a rental 1 or 2 months in advance but then try to sell the rental at a higher price to another customer coming closer to the date and then make an excuse that the car is unavailable on the rental date. I asked for the car to be delivered at 4pm and instead, they delivered it extremely late at 10pm. Asma then promised to partially refund the difference in hours for the late delivery but Im still waiting for this partial refund. Furthermore, despite the bad customer service, they had the audacity to charge me an extra 1,850 dirhams when the vehicle got picked up for going 100 kms over the agreed mileage. This is again despite me advising Asma that I was happy to forego the partial refund for late delivery in exchange for extra mileage on our last day in Dubai.

Amjad was amazing customer service, had minor issue getting fuel in but he helped within no time, really friendly nice guy. Very helpful 3 weeks on to ensure deposit is returned. I had booked a car for my stay in Dubai, but upon arrival, the driver was not there to meet me, and I had to wait for 30 minutes in the unpleasant conditions of high humidity. When he finally arrived, I had to search for him to find him. Upon receiving the car, there was a very unpleasant smell. The next day, I had a business meeting, but the car wouldn t start, and I had to wait until it was fixed, which resulted in the meeting being canceled. It was the worst experience of my life, and I do not recommend using this company.

Disappointing rental. An Urus with 60,000km, lots of dents on the bodywork and the rims. Initially, the price included delivery and pickup at the hotel. Yet, I still had to pay for a taxi to fetch the vehicle 30 minutes from the hotel. No explanation on the vehicles operation was provided at delivery. The vehicle was given with a flat rear tire and worn brake pads, indicated by a dashboard warning light. I have to manage the tire issue by my self. Also I had to pay 12 AED for tolls on a rental costing 5900 AED. The pickup at the hotel was delayed by an hour, causing us to miss our planned boat day. We returned the vehicle with 100km less than expected. Received many apologies but no discount, just a promise of 10% off next time we rent a vehicle at VIP (I laughed). Farouk still took us to the airport, a small consolation. A strange vision of Luxury Car Rental... If you read the reviews, youll discover that 90% of them are fake. All miraculous 5 stars

Rented a GMC from VIP Rent A Car. Car came to us in pretty good condition and we had a blast with it travelling from Dubai to Abu Dhabi. Car was exactly as described. No hidden issues of fees Most importantly, the service was amazing. We were in contact with Rehman who provided all the information and was very transparent even checking in with us after we picked up the car. Drop off and delivery was free and simple.
