First of all. They wil bring and pick up the car where ever you want in Dubai 24/7. The procedure is very easy and fast. The car worked perfect! I had no problems with the car. The day before leaving. I asked if they could pick up the car around 02.00 am. And he was there nice on time. The guy Abdullah who came to pick up the car was very friendly and polite. He send me a confirmation that the car was delivered in good hands. I am just waiting on the refund of the deposit. After that i will change it to a 5 star (i want to wait for this because of the bad reviews) . Edit: within 21 days the money that was reserved has been given back. I had a great time and i would hire there again. Update from 4 to 5 star!

Hired 2 cars for the F1 weekend, cars were great and the staff were also very friendly. 3 months later I m still waiting for the deposit to be returned to me. I was Told to speak to the bank as they can t do anything Btw the cars were delivered back to them in perfect condition. Real shame as I would have used them again when we return.

I booked a Mercedes S500 from Uptown. Beginning to end the service was amazing. The team at Uptown are happy to answer any question you may have. James and John were really good at walking me through the process of hiring the car. Once the car was booked I agreed a time for the car to be dropped off. The drop was was on time. Syed walked me around the car and pointed out everything and explained the procedure again. Hamza came to pick the car up and once again, the service was perfect. Really impressed by this company. Jay, James and Sheeshan all came to my Asif when a chosen rental company cancelled on us last minute. Overall I would recommend this car rental service. I had good experience, the team is trying to do their best. I have interacted with Rami and Joban. Joban delivered my car and did his best, very communicative and easy. Very thankful for his dedication. Joban was on time and punctual. Why 4, not 5? 1. the team sometimes not connected in terms of history context. I texted my delivery address twice or three times to different people. Delivery is not aware what car youve reserved and bring what has been given to them. 2. Not really managing customer expectations sometimes: i.e uptown can change cars and deliver different model / trim without notification to you. Have to notice, in my case Rami offered me replacement but in the end the car was different from the discussed replacement. lol ) I was thinking bmw is coming, but surprise - mercedes was downstairs) lol) 3. Cars are clean. However, premium class should not have creaking drivers door and error messages on onboard computer. Still, I have a very good time and will ask Uptown for another rent, hopefully they hear their customers and can apply improvements.

I booked Mini Cooper a week in advance, but on the day of my booking when I checked with the team, they were unable to find my booking. However that was resolved sorted out quickly. The car had some issues but nothing major and overall the team was helpful and supportive, specially Hamza who delivered and picked the car from me.. was very punctual on time and friendly.. Service is amazing! I wrote in the morning that the other rental service cancelled my Lamborghini rental because the driver before got stopped and taken by the police so the car wasnt available. I wanted to have it in the morning and they couldnt deliver any other. So I wrote Uptown and Azmal from Uptown delivered within 2 hours the car. The guy showing the cars and making the deals is unpolite, and renting a car was a bad experience for us in week 8, 2021. 5 weeks after renting a car, we still havnt received our deposit yet either! Cannot recommend at all.
