I rented a Bentley Bentayga , I was very pleased with the service , the car was delivered on time as agreed since I had an important meeting, I had to be there on time.... .the guys know their stuff , it feels like professionals in their field . I rented the first time with this company and the renting was amazing. Starting by nice car offer from different models and sizes to the good service. The guys from uptown are always available and have answers for all your questions while the rental. Thank you to Abner apelo, Ahmed and avdesh, these guys are amazing and did. my rental to one of the best trips what you can du in Dubai.

Be careful with this company and let them tell you all conditions of the rental agreement before you make a decision. Many blind spots that you will discover only after you sign No option to put 0 stars, that s why only one

I came from the UK on a trip to Dubai and was keen to rent out a luxury car for a few days. When I visited the office, we didn t see any of the cars and we were somewhat sceptical. The reassuring unique selling point that won us over is the fact no upfront cash was needed until you saw the car! Others were not willing to do this. When they bring the car to your hotel, you ll be blown away and they are bought in spectacular condition. Rami was very responsive and I was able to speak to him whenever we needed him. He was able to assist us when one of the tires had low air and kept assuring. The one big piece of advice I recommend is, TAKE THE INSURANCE!! these guys are comprehensive with their checks.
