Udrive is really convenient if you need a car for a short trip or a couple of days. The availability is great within the city, but it gets spotty on the outskirts. Cars are usually clean and work well. If youre renting on a weekly or longer basis. Udrive might end up being more expensive than a rental company. But if youre looking for spot/short term leases, Udrive does it really well. Theres the occasional technical glitch with the car or the reservation system, but the support helpline staff is really helpful. Ive had especially good interactions with Gulfam; hes always managed to resolve my issues.

Its ok if you just want to try an app renting experience, their brand new cars like ford territory 2024 are good and clean but some used old cars like nissan sunny & mitsubishi attrage has lots of engine problem or noisy. Sometimes there s delay in customer service email replies. Overall i can recommend anyone to try because its an different experience as fuel and parking included with the rent also the rate is affordable compared to others.

This app is so terrible, its my first time using it and my experienced is bad.They deducted a cleaning fee for something I didnt do. I rent the car Thursday night and today Monday(09/30/24) deducted it. I parked the car in DG but the photo they sent to me is parked already in the different area. Customer service is very poor. I am pretty sure Mitsubishi asx has a leather chair, not fabric. Ill let my friends know about this and hopefully they think twice before using this app

Udrive is an exceptional car-sharing service! We used it for 8 days during our stay in Dubai, and the experience was seamless. Poor experience with U Drive. In one of my recent trips I received the car with about 20% petrol and i used the car for 2 hours. After i returned it the car had 9% petrol left. After 2 weeks to my utter surprize i as handed over a AED 100 invoice for returning with low fuel and deducted it from my card.

Why do you keep trying to take 300 AED from my account EVERY DAY I ve rang multiple times regarding my ongoing issue which YOU haven t resolved even after 3 years and spending hours on the phone in the past!!! Take some responsibility, stop trying to take money off me for no reason and resolve my issue!!! Fraud and cheated.. I have rented the car and returned it. They called me next day and said they cannot find the keys. I immediately reach to the location in 5min to check the car but it was not there.. I clearly remember that I have kept the keys inside cup holder. They dont show any proofs and charging me for 1450 AED. They offer cars for low price and charge unnecessarily to get the company run on cheated amount.

I recently had an interaction with Mr. Mohammed from Udrive and, unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. I was provided with information that turned out to be inaccurate. To use misleading information to put pressure on customers is a unprofessional way of dealing with an issue. Additionally demonstrating an attitude of superiority shows a lack of respect towards your customers. Honesty, respectful communication and transparency are critical when dealing with customers, and I believe this is an area where improvement is needed. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to ensure that all customer interactions are handled with integrity.

I rented car from Udrive and once I reached my destination I couldn t leave the car in that destination, so unfortunately they don t cover all areas in Dubai, and it s not clear on the app. They waisted my time, I had to go back from where I picked the car, I paid twice! It is not worthy of being an experience. This is a bad dream. I do not advise anyone to have it. There is absolutely no technical support, and there is no manager to talk to you for emergency situations. After you book the car and pay the amount, you will be completely ignored. They asked me to pay again if I needed to solve the issue that I faced and when I told him ok Ill pay but send me email with this request he ignored and didnt send anything. And technical team will take maybe 1 day to arrive to help . ((I have emails and photo for everything)) consumer protection has received the complaint.
