Unresponsive customer service, when they say we will get back to you they don t l. Website has so many cars but not updated to reflect the actual availability of cars. Website doesn t show or indicate what is not available, to the point they went to no stock but all cars advertised as available. Customer service via WhatsApp are unhelpful and basically take ages to reply to a simple customer query!

Booked a car for half day (5 hours). Later on I had to get the timing changed. The management was very forthcoming and readily accommodated my request for time change. All hassle free. The car was in immaculate condition. The driver was excellent all round in terms of punctuality, manners, driving, etc. I am fully satisfied with the top class service provided. Will not only use their services again but also recommend them to friends and family. Thank you UAEdriving for a first class experience.
