I recently paid a deposit of 2,000 AED, but when I received the reimbursement, it was 42 dirhams short. Upon inquiry, I was told this difference was due to processing fees. However, I was never informed about these fees beforehand, and there s no clarity on what exactly I was charged for. This lack of transparency is disappointing, and it makes me question the companys practices. I certainly won t be using their services again, as I m concerned about what other unexpected or hidden charges might arise in the future.

I came from Los Angeles California to dubai for ten days visit. I rented C-class for a week at the start then i upgraded to RR for a couple of days.
