I ve been renting from Transport Rent a Car for over two years now, and I couldn t be more satisfied with their service. After trying out several other companies when I first moved back to Dubai, I quickly realized that Transport was the best choice. They ve been my go-to ever since! Ali, in particular, has been amazing super accommodating and always going the extra mile to make sure all my requests are met. They are very easy to deal with, and the whole process is smooth and stress-free. Whether it s last-minute changes or specific car models, Ali makes everything happen seamlessly and with a smile. The entire experience with Transport has been hassle-free, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and friendly car rental services in Dubai!

Fantastic Car Rental Service! Been renting with them since 2015, Absolutely life-savers when it comes to their services. Quick availability check of the cars, and reservations as well, and they even deliver to your location in dubai for a minimal charge. Their cars are well maintained and they allow for 350kms of range Per Day! Which I believe no other car rental does out there. Mr. Tanvir & Mr. Ali along with Mr. Shams have been absolutely gracious to deal with, responding to every request with a very pleasant smile! 10/10 recommended!

Theres unluckily only 5 stars that I can give them but they deserve much more its a company totally based on brilliant service I faced an issue in the recent flood while I was using their vehicle which was unfortunately drowned in the vehicle Their manager Mr Ali when informed about the situation asked me first about my well being and instantly initiated for a different car for me their kindness and empathy is remarkable I had an opportunity to meet the owner and after speaking to him I could understand the reason for the company performing so well Kudos to the team 10/10 MD AHSAN ALI

Deposit has not been returned after 4 months with hidden charges. If there s no follow-up then they won t do it, very unacceptable practice. Tanveer, your team should be responsible for this and I have sent the bank details last October but was just ignored. It must be done right then and there but you guys didn t initiate it until I made the follow-up today.

Among the biggest liars i have faced. 5 mins before they told me on call separate rate and conditions and the moment i entered and finalized the same car they increased rate and clear lies on the face. Then on confrontation the guy changed again stances. Beware of them. Avoid the compulsive liar. Such things hurt business so bad. Wish if the owner gets in contact with me so i can tell about the guy and how he is hurting the company.
