I recently rented a car from Time Out Rent A Car in Dubai and had a disappointing experience. The vehicle was not clean and had several mechanical issues that made driving uncomfortable. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful when I raised my concerns, and I felt like my complaints were dismissed. I expected better, especially given the high rental prices. I would not recommend this company for your car rental needs. SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

Best car rental company in dubai, after i went to some shady companies i found time out rent a car, best customer service out there , ali and fadi took good care of me and my cousin, and they are super flexible with time, and go beyond and over for the customers, will definitely rent from them again

I rented the car for a few days, got into an accident, the driver of the other car admitted guilt, no questions, everything was processed, they said no questions, the deposit will be returned. As a result, they asked for the card number and account number, after which they stopped responding in all instant messengers. Only after I started writing messages on Instagram not to take their cars, they decided to answer me and argued this with their insurance costs. I do not recommend rental or this company. The only plus is that they replaced the car after an accident with another, for this I will give two stars., but in fact it is a concrete deception on the deposit. I wrote to them from different numbers and as soon as they realized that it was me they stopped answering. It s funny because the deposit amount is only 1500 dirhams

Had a very bad experience with this rental car agency, based on other reviews Im not sure if its a one off, but I wouldnt recommend renting from them. I booked a car well in advance and asked for confirmation that it is booked which I was provided. The pickup was for 10am, at 11am I messaged saying I am waiting for the car and was only then told they do not have the car - apparently it was not returned the day before. They said its out of their hands, but would have appreciated a heads up. I then asked if its possible to get me a car within the next hour or so and they agreed. 20 minutes later they messaged saying I was blacklisted in Dubai and cannot rent a car. This was clearly a lie, they were just not able to source me a car and continued to make up excuses. I had never rented/driven in Dubai before so blacklist was impossible, when I asked how they searched for me (just using name? - because there are probably many people with my name. Using date of birth?) I got very vague answers seeming more and more like a made up story. I then reached out to another rental car place and had a car delivered to my hotel in about 30 minutes, sent passports/drivers license over WhatsApp and just signed the paperwork at delivery. Clearly the blacklist statement was either a made up story, or Time Out just doesnt know how to use the system properly. All in all Time Out was untruthful and seemed to make excuses rather than working together to solve a problem or admit it wasnt going to happen that day. I wouldnt recommend trusting them or working with them, so many other great rental car places in the area.

Very Good service,and well maintained cars,We booked For cla 45 and they upgraded to Gt 53.The workers are very resposive and available all the time Will Hire again next time,Customer Support I love the way they treat the customer,Glad to deal with a trustable company like this in dubai,where people get scammed by rental car agencies. The Deposit was also exactly returned after 7 Days

The car we rented was great. Ali took very good care of us and was always available to answer any questions. My partner dropped his wallet in the car and Ali contacted us immediately and brought it to our hotel before we went to the airport to catch our flight. I highly recommend Time out rent to anyone who wants good quality cars as well as very good customer service!
