We took a Mercedes E450 from them, and, God willing, the staff is professional, easy to deal with, and quick, and we saw nothing but good dealings and ethics from them. Regarding the insurance, he came back to me after two weeks, and this is what they actually said, and Samir, may God give him good health, was following up with me and did not fail to do anything with me.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Samir from SL car rental. I asked my hotel (zabeel saray) to find me a reputable company for a luxury car. Sam contacted me within 15 mins of my enquiry. I asked for either a RR SVR or G Wagon. They had a brand new SVR available & it was delivered to me within 1 hour at my hotel. The car had no damages & was clean. On collection, the car was also collected on time and done very quickly. I was told my deposit would take 21 working days to be refunded (common UAE rental rule). However my deposit took only 15 working days, i was refunded the full amount with no hassle or headache. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a luxury car. Very professional & I will 100% use again. See you next time Samir!
