To start, the car rental process itself was easy and quick, as the shop staff treated me courteously and professionally. The terms and conditions of hire and rental rates are clearly explained. However, there were some small issues that I think should be improved. For example, the car I rented was generally clean, but there was some dirt inside, which took some time to clean myself. There was also some slow reception when handing over the car, as I had to wait a few minutes until they were able to complete the final procedures and return the keys. Overall, it was a positive experience overall, but there are some areas that can be improved to provide a better customer experience.
