I used to be a frequent customer to this shop but I was surprised that they havent refund my deposit for my last rent on the 10th of december and no one is answering us so far and they keep promising us now for more than one month, I don t know why would they do such cheap things

Do not get near yhis company! I got a broken car, under the luxury catgeory. While renting the car the agent promised to assist in any part of Dubai. In practice, when I found and reported severe security matters that makes the car not proper for being used - nothing haoppened - no fix, no replacement, no refund. I used taxi eventually. Spare yourself the time, money and frustration.

Hi, Should be zero start. I rented a car on April 2nd and paid 2,000 dirham as deposit which they told me I will get it back after 21 days. It is more than a month and still did not received that. I have tried to call and text to mobile a couple of times and no response

Never trust this company they will rent you higher spec promising they will deliver your car in few days they will ask you take cheaper car for few days and after that you will never get the car you actually paid for they will keep laying to you and they kept laying to me for whole month avoid this company on all cost

Very good service in Dubai. Very easy to use. Guys from this company can can help anytime and provide good car with good service. I am vey happy and I will use this service next time. I tried Mustang and Camaro already. It was amazing. Deposit Ive got back one month after. No problem with it.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! We rent the Porsche Cayenne for 2 days. On the website is written, that you have 300km per day. When we returned the car, they said that everything is fine and that we will get the full deposit back. After we were back in Germany, they told us that we just would have 500km, (which is not true) and that they take 300 from our deposit. Still today, the money is missing. We will never take a car here again! Watch out

Amazing experience, great services! The car (Mercedes C300) was delivery very quick, good communication with boys. Car was in good condition, sanitized well and the staff was very professional. I highly recommend their services. I will come back in Dubai and I will rent again from here.

Do not use this company. They charged me a 300aed premium for a 2017 model porsche and then delivered a 2015 model with a very tired interior and are now ignoring my calls and messages. Hugely disappointing and poor customer service. Do not use!

I forgot my sunglasses in the car and they kept them for months until I was able to send someone to pick them up. They always replied fast and the sunglasses were in perfect conditions. I highly recommend them!

I recommend this agency. They are customer service oriented. They were so flexible with my requests, I negotiated the deposit amount and the delivery charges and They were understanding. They also delivered and picked up the car on time. The deposit were refunded on time as well. The whole process was smooth.

Part of the team early in the morning for Photoshooting, we can confirm the car was delivered with an empty tank of fuel and low tyre pressure on one wheel. After driving to Jebel Jais unfortunately the rubber from tyre separated on a straight stretch. And we had to spend hours looking for a tire changing place, we ended up paying for the tire change, and a new tyre replacement, additional kilometres were charged which we were not made aware of at the start and due to rubber separating it scratched the bumper which we also ended up paying for repairs. Company tried to convince us that we drove off-road and not in a normal manner, despite having a video of rubber separating on a straight road stretch and having filmed the whole trip start to finish staying on normal roads at all times. Strongly do not recommend this firm as everything was blamed on customer in the end and additional charges added.

The best experince ever. I rented 4 different cars from smile rent a car. G63, Ford Mustang, Camaro and a Porsche Cayenne GTS. The guy from Smile Rent A Car was professionel from the start to the end. Got my deposit back on the time, no issues with anything, he delivered the cars to my hotel on the right times. Even if i could give 10 stars it wouldnt be enough

Great service, the car was delivered to my home at the time arranged and the driver who took care of the delivery and all the paperwork was very professional and friendly. The Nissan Patrol V8 Platinum was a beautiful car to drive. i returned the vehicle to Dubai airport where the driver collected at departures. Very smooth service. The vehicle was clean and very luxurious, i will defiantly rent from Smile again.

I have rented from Smile many times this year & I can say that they are very good . They have a great cars . I have tried Mercedes Benz C200 more than 5 or 6 times & it was perfect . They deliver the car to me always to Airport . I Recommend you to deal with them. They have a good team specially Saqib .
